This holiday home consists of semi-detached houses and was built in 2002.
With 240 m2, 8 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, it is ideal for up to 18 guests.
Each half of the house has a separate entrance and the floors are connected by internal stairs. The functionally furnished property has several terraces and a large communal pool (60 m2), which you share with guests of another house (4-6 persons).
Or if it is a large group (20-24 persons), it is possible to rent the additional house and then have a private pool.
In addition to the house your children can play undisturbed in the large garden (10,000 m2). In the village itself there is a small supermarket, just 300 meters away and the nearest natural beaches are 3 km away and can be reached in a few minutes.

The cottage is located in a very quiet place in eastern Istria in a quiet village Krnica near Marčana. The beautiful pebble beach is 3 km away. The supermarket is about 300 meters away and the restaurant is 2 km away.
Villa is located 17 km from the town of Vodnjan and very well connected with the north and southwest, so the larger cities such as Pula (25 km) and Rovinj (41 km).
The airport of Pula is only 20 km away.
Near Krnica is the village of Glavani, known for its adrenaline park.
