Description
Spend a carefree holiday in our cosy holiday home in Friedrichskoog-Spitze on the North Sea coast. Leave your everyday life behind and find pure relaxation and recreation.
Our holiday home (partly newly furnished) was built in 1999 in solid construction and clinkered. Here our guests will find a tasteful, cosy ambience to feel good on a total living space of 80 square metres. On the first floor there are 2 cosy bedrooms with enough space for up to 4 people. All beds have been equipped with new slatted frames and mattresses. In addition, a new baby cot has been installed in the large bedroom, a second foldable baby cot is also available there. From the large bedroom you can access the large roof terrace, there you can enjoy the view on new terrace furniture. A fully equipped, high-quality fitted kitchen is located in the newly furnished living and dining area on the ground floor. When the weather is nice, you can make yourself comfortable on the secluded terrace outside. New terrace furniture is also available here.
A new beach chair is available for our guests.
For entertainment, a flat-screen TV with SAT receiver, a Blu-Ray DVD player, a micro hi-fi system and free WLAN (upon signing a usage agreement) are available to our guests. A small selection of music and books is also kept ready.
On the first floor (top floor) we have set up a playroom, where the children can play undisturbed, there is a large games table and of course lots of games, toys and books.
The bathroom with new washbasin and mirror cabinets (September 2018), WC, shower and washing machine is located on the ground floor.
A new gas boiler was also installed in September 2018.
The entrance area has also been completely redesigned. All blinds in the house are electrically operated.
Vehicles up to approx. 5 metres in length or bicycles can be parked in the garage with electric door drive. 1 men's and 1 women's bicycle are available free of charge for our guests.
From 10.07.2021, a high-quality professional Dino Car with pillion seat will be available for our guests upon signing a usage agreement for a maintenance fee and deposit.
If the house is not available on your desired date, look at ferienhausmiete under object number 102953, we still offer a holiday home in Wesselburenerkoog (between Büsum and St. -Peter- Ording, approx. 50 km from Friedrichskoog).

Our holiday home is located in a quiet end of a cul-de-sac in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea dyke, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Supply possibilities (supermarket, bakery as well as restaurants and other shops) are a few hundred metres away from the holiday home and within easy walking distance in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. Further shopping facilities are then available in Friedrichskoog Ort, details of which can be found in our house folder. There is a large children's playground on the dyke. The 2.6 km long bathing beach is freely accessible, there is an extra section for naturists and a dog beach.
The Friedrichskoog Seal Sanctuary is the only authorised reception centre for seals found abandoned or sick in Schleswig-Holstein, and is open all year round
The Wal Willi indoor play park in Friedrichskoog is a play paradise for children! Directly at the old harbour of Friedrichskoog, children can marvel at the gigantic whale.
A hike on the Trischendamm in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is a unique experience. Pure nature. The 2.2-kilometre-long Trischendamm leads dry-footed through the middle of the Wadden Sea Biosphere Reserve. Along salt marshes, accompanied by the harsh sea breeze, you walk towards the sea. Let yourself be inspired by the tranquillity, the impressive landscape, the vastness and beauty of the Wadden Sea. In good weather you can see Büsum and Cuxhaven from the Trischendamm.
The historic Vergissmeinnicht wedding mill is also worth a visit, and you can also get married there.
In Marne, about 15 minutes away by car, you can ride the Marschenbahn draisine on historic tracks through the beautiful Dithmarscher Land.

From June 2022, an e-scooter with a road permit will be available for our guests. This can be used upon signing a user agreement and paying a maintenance fee and a deposit.

Es ist ein schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus. Mit schöner Terrasse mit Strandkorb und Dachterrasse . Zum Deich fünf Minuten Gehweg. Zehn Minuten geht man zum Becker, Eisdiele, Einkauf. Auch für Hundesuper zum Laufen. Super Restaurants in der Umgebung
