The villa is surrounded by an extensive olive garden, completely enclosed and provided with a private 5 x 10 large swimming pool (available from April to October).

Internally the house is attractively furnished with a practical fully equipped kitchen with direct access onto a large furnished terrace, a spacious and comfortable living room with fireplace and two double bedrooms, both provided with own bathroom with shower.
