The house is quietly situated in the middle of a nature reserve and offers over 100 m² of living space and a surrounding balcony of 40 m², accommodating 2 to 6 people – ideal for couples, families, or small groups. It combines modern comfort with cozy charm and partially preserved original elements. WLAN as well as keyless access via a personal front door code provide additional comfort and an uncomplicated arrival.

Our holiday home is quietly located in a nature reserve near Bad Berleburg in the Sauerland, surrounded by forest and nature – ideal for switching off and relaxing.
Hiking and cycling trails through the beautiful landscape start right outside the front door. Despite the quiet location, Winterberg is quickly reachable in about 30 km and offers numerous leisure activities in both summer and winter.
