Cosmetic repairs are urgently necessary

Basically, we liked the house and our stay there. However, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and the condition of some things
The overall state of cleanliness was as bad as if it had been cleaned weeks before our arrival. There were cobwebs in many places and dirt on the steps.
In almost every bathroom, one of the cups for brushing teeth was either missing or broken
The beds were not made up cleanly, hair was on the covers and sheets, in some cases the covers were the wrong way round. A broken curtain rod in the bedroom was not set instant but hung loose.
The dining room chairs are in an unacceptable condition - for such a holiday home. All the chairs show extreme signs of wear and tear and some of them wobbled so badly that you expected one of the legs to break off at any moment - even though none of us is a "heavyweight".
