Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in the holiday resort of Dornumersiel. Dornumersiel is located directly on the North Sea coast and is a district of Dornum. Places in the immediate vicinity are Bensersiel, Esens, Aurich, Norden and Norddeich. A day trip to Emden or Wilhelmshaven is also possible. The house is located in a bungalow park in the Ramm-Siedlung. The holiday home provides a direct view of the dyke. Once over the dike, you immediately reach the seawater outdoor pool and a few metres further the beach. The centre of the village with its shops and restaurants is also within easy walking distance.

In addition, there is the cost of the visitor's tax. The visitor's tax includes free admission to the open-air seawater swimming pool.

Cancellation terms:

-Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price -up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price -in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

The visitor's tax is 3.40 per day for those aged 16 and over, and 2.00 for ages 3-15. With the visitor's tax, you have access to some sand and green beaches in the seaside resorts on the Lower Saxony North Sea coast. Free admission to the heated seawater outdoor pool and much more.

Super beautiful house in top location

We were allowed to spend our short vacation in the holiday home, and everything was top 5☆+
Very well maintained, great location, and super beautiful furnishings. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Top house in a good location

We were now in this house for the 2nd time. Everything was great again. The furnishings are very modern and there is a small garden with a terrace. We would definitely recommend this house. It is also very centrally located, so you can quickly head towards Nordeich or Wilhelmshaven. We will come back ☺️

Repeat offender

Due to the great location, the house furnishings that we liked so much (modern, stylish and without "plush"), and especially the perfect cleanliness, we have once again spent 2 wonderful weeks in the Antons family holiday home. We lacked NOTHING and we would love to come back.

"Watt'n Ferienhaus"

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Germany, we have been vacationing and discovered Dornumersiel for ourselves. Unfortunately, we did not have such good luck with accommodations in recent years. This year, we rented from Mrs. Antons, hoping for better luck. What can I say, we arrived at this beautiful holiday apartment or holiday home for the first time and were happy. We immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. We had a wonderful holiday. And we owe that to the vacation rental.
Actually, the apartment is as depicted in the pictures. It is very bright and friendly furnished. On the terrace, one can sit very comfortably and enjoy their first coffee in the morning.
I would like to mention the bathroom with the shower. . . I always have some difficulties with bathrooms on vacation, especially with the showers. . . The shower is really great, a rain shower and there are pebbles on the floor! We were thrilled and I have already booked my parents in for September, who have been inspired by our enthusiasm. Many thanks to the entire team! We will be back! Until then, all the best from Reken! Anke Saturna

Top-Ferienhaus

Nothing is missing here. Super furnished and equipped. Very clean. Good usable garden for chilling and grilling. The contact with the lady on site who manages the holiday home is uncomplicated and quick. Only a few steps to the North Sea and the available beach chair.
Highly recommended. We will come back in 2022.

Sehr schönes Haus

Great location, very nice house, plenty of space, not far from the beach. We had 2 disabled children with us and they managed quite well there. The contact with the landlords was nice and friendly.
