Description
New, independent and detached house, ideal for two people, or for four if two children are with you; they can stay in the adjoining and fitted-out caravan.
The house is on two levels:
- On the first level there is a spacious bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate toilets.
- On the ground floor, an open kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opens onto a small living room. All on 45 m2 with direct access to a 35 m2 wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture, two deckchairs, and a barbecue.
The house is equipped with bed linen.
The bed is made on arrival.
The price includes water consumption and the loan of bed linen.
Electricity consumption is charged extra
€0.25 / kW according to the meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay. On the other side of the small bridge is a caravan equipped to ideally accommodate two children/teenagers with two single beds and a heater.
Ideal caravan for playing Robinson!
It is located about thirty meters from the house, with a lit access.
