Absolute stroke of luck! Beautiful old half-timbered house, lovingly furnished. We really enjoyed the fantastic huge garden with swings and plenty of seating and shady spots. Despite the summer heat, it was pleasant in the apartment thanks to the shutters, and we could ventilate perfectly all night because it was very quiet, right on the edge of the village and just a few meters from the fields. Additionally, we were allowed to cool off in the pool every day, a highlight for the kids. I would particularly like to highlight the warm hospitality with which we were received and cared for! Upon our arrival, a basket of fruits and vegetables was ready, and daily there were delicacies from the garden waiting for us on the small terrace. When 36°C was announced, Mr. Hirlemann hurried over with a fan. We were also very pleased with the bed linens and towels, as well as kitchen utensils with coffee/spices/oil/dishwasher tablets and cold water for the first days, all included in the price (! ! !).
Sweet area with the half-timbered houses and also a shop in the neighboring village quickly and easily accessible. (5 minutes by car, about a good half hour on foot). To top it off, we were even invited to homemade delicacies from the garden. Very lovely people, and a great place if you want to relax and enjoy a lot of nature, as well as animal companionship. We will definitely come again.

A really nice place
Pleasant welcome, the owner is really very kind, the garden is really very nice to see, a very beautiful pool that we enjoyed? The only downside, not much nearby in terms of activities, often having to drive several kilometers to find a nice place and not stay cooped up, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay on my part?
recommend for: adventure and experience, seniors, holiday with children, holiday for singles

Paradise garden with a wonderful host
We felt very comfortable with landlord Freddy and above all admired the wonderful utility and vegetable garden with pool, ponds, wonderful trees, and perennials, a pair of storks, and great shady seating areas. Freddy knows everything about his plants and also has all the cooking recipes for the vegetables at hand. Strong recommendation for people who love nature and have respect for a garden that has been created for over 40 years.
