In the middle of the Dahner Felsenland lies our **** country house, built in 2010. Modern comfort, spacious rooms, underfloor heating and home-like furnishings are designed to make your holiday a relaxing experience. The car park, ground floor and garden are completely barrier-free and tested by wheelchair users of our tourist office. All bedrooms, the living-dining area and the terrace of "Lisbeth" face the enclosed garden with old apple trees and its own playground, directly on the cycle path, to farm gardens and forest. The kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient crockery. Of course we have free WLAN. You live on approx. 124 sqm
For families, in addition to baby & children's equipment, several cots and high / baby chairs are available. Indoor and outdoor games, a garden house, barbecues, large parking space directly in front of the house, parking space for trailers. In the garden house there is space for several bicycles or an electric wheelchair. Our house is absolutely pet-free and non-smoking.
In the house you will find flyers and maps about hiking trails and sights, an information folder with recommendations and information about the surroundings, as well as a village quiz for children.

Location and surroundings of object
Rumbach, a small Palatinate village with around 450 inhabitants and many old half-timbered houses, in the heart of the Dahner Felsenland, surrounded by 17 castles, lonely forests and clean streams. Rumbach won the gold medal in the "Our village has a future" competition in 2019. Its proximity to many - often free - sights and Alsace make it so popular with hikers and families. We are located on the Way of St. James and the award-winning Legend Trail. The bakery, inn and barrier-free village park (boules, water playground, treadmill) are practically in sight. The Söller airfield with inn is located on a hill. The Romanesque Christuskirche church from the 12th century is worth a visit. The wine-growing areas of the Palatinate and Alsace are about 20 minutes away by car.

This also applies in case of early departure.

House Lisbeth can be rented with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It offers space for max. 8 persons plus a baby. A washing machine in the bathroom is freely available for longer stays. We, Michael Friedewald, Alina & Andrea Kindelberger, love to travel ourselves. Unfortunately, far too little. We have had both good and bad experiences with various types of accommodation, and when the idea of building a holiday home came up, we had very clear ideas about what it should definitely not be like. That's how this house for all generations came into being, for which we have received a lot of praise over the years! Andrea manages everything, from advertising to mowing the lawn, and is their contact person. At weekends she is also actively supported by Michael and Alina. The best way to reach her is by email or on the landline (answering machine). We answer enquiries within 24 hours. Or contact us directly via our website. Your country house in the Blumeneck in Rumbach. As this portal does not allow the internet address to our house, you unfortunately have to google for it.
