Villa Antiga is idyllically situated on a large property with a natural garden, not far from the coastal town of Fuseta. In this friendly fishing village you can shop well, dine out, and take the ferry in just a few minutes to the dreamlike Atlantic beach. Alternatively, there is a smaller lagoon beach that exudes a very special atmosphere.
Around Villa Antiga there are various quiet spots and retreats, including two roof terraces with wide views all the way to the sea. Via rustic stone paths, you reach the private swimming pool, which measures an impressive twelve meters and is surrounded by dense bushes and trees. A shady little house and a built outdoor shower complete the attractive pool area.
The guest apartment extends over the old villa and a later-added annex. By renting the separate Casinhas, it can be expanded to three bedrooms. Regardless of the chosen option, there are no other people on the property – guests enjoy complete privacy.
In front of the guest apartment is a covered terrace of about 25 m² with a view of greenery. Two window walls protect against wind and turn this area into a spacious summer living room. The actual living space also radiates warmth and coziness thanks to the materials and furniture used. A dining table completes the room. Directly next to it is the spacious kitchen, through which you can also access a bathroom. Two bedrooms, one of them with its own en suite bathroom, complete the main house.
In the small casinha opposite, there is another bedroom with en suite bathroom. It can be rented in addition to the main house from April to October. A washing machine is also available to guests here. All bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with modern air conditioners that can both cool and heat. Use is optional; the electricity consumption of these devices is recorded separately and charged at check-out.

Relaxing vacation on the Algarve
The peacefully located accommodation completely deserves the designation of Vila. There is nothing lacking in the amenities, and the large, private pool is a real highlight. The assistance and the entire handling of the booking by Mr. and Mrs. Röver were very friendly and completely uncomplicated.

"Lost in Fuseta"
The Villa Antiga is situated on a large plot of land and impresses with its Portuguese flair. The 12m long pool is absolutely worth mentioning! It is not far by car to shopping, restaurants, and the beach of Fuseta. We felt very comfortable there and would rent the villa again at any time.

Super schönes Haus für unsere Familie
We had a great time here with two children. The house is very quiet, so you don't have to worry about disturbing anyone with children. Great terrace with a wonderful view and a beautiful pool. The facilities are great. We would love to come back.

Schönes Ferienhaus
The Villa Antiga is located near Fuseta, about 6km east of Olhao. It offers plenty of space and comfort for couples and families. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and the spacious covered terrace. Many thanks to the managers Heidi and Jens Röver for the excellent on-site support. Hopefully, it was not the last time we could be here.
