Families with children are welcome, and they will find special children's equipment. Not only a cot and high chair, but also a trolley for transporting children and toys to the beach, stair gates so parents can sleep in peace, bed guards for children between 3 and 5, the "children's box" with changing mat, baby phone, potty, washbasin stool, children's crockery and cutlery, bottle warmer, baby bath, and much more. In the garden there is a playground with a slide
A four-legged friend is also welcome, he will find a dog bed, his own blanket and bowls on site. The property is escape-proof with a gate and a close-grown hedge
The house is barrier-free, which means floor-level shower and wheelchair access in the downstairs bedroom. A suction handle can be fitted in the shower if desired. Further aids can be requested from a care service on site
The house is particularly cosily furnished in maritime colours, the new kitchen offers everything you need, white wood panelling makes it cosy. On the sun terrace you can relax and leave everyday life behind you. You can prepare a delicious dinner on the electric barbecue.
Comfortable beds are a prerequisite for a successful holiday.
There are 2 bicycles and the firecracker car available for use.

Location and surroundings of object
The BLUE HOUSE is located in an idyllic, very quiet area. The beach is about 800 metres away, and it takes about 10 minutes to get there by fire truck. It is a 5-minute walk to the Achterwasser and the playground.
Guests with dogs especially love walking along the Achterwasser. You can take long walks along the water's edge, always with your dog's snout
There are dog beaches to the right and left of the "human beach". Outside the times when you have to pay the tourist tax, you are also allowed to walk with your pet on the "Menschenstrand"
Zempin is a former fishing village with many old thatched-roof houses and is also the smallest seaside resort on the island. In a 3-minute walk you can reach "Frau Thurow" and her fresh produce market. There you can get fresh bread rolls, the morning newspaper and much more.
Zinnowitz, the second largest town on the island, is only 3 km away. There you will find ALDI, LIDL, NETTO and a well-stocked EDEKA
There is also a cinema, theatre, boutiques, a wave pool, many restaurants, something for every taste.

Wonderful house, ideal for dog owners
The house is highly recommended. Very well equipped, nothing is missing. Clean and tidy, the property is completely fenced, so the dog cannot escape. The distance to the beach is about 10 minutes on foot, to the dog beach about 15 minutes. It is also great that bicycles are available. This makes many activities even easier to carry out. There is a nice terrace with enough garden furniture and good sun umbrellas. In many windows, insect screens are installed. There is enough crockery. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket in Zempin anymore, but there is a bakery where you can also get the essentials. The landlord is very helpful and nice with questions and requests. We were there with four people and dogs and were thrilled.
