The house disposes of a large heated winter garden and a
Ground floor: Spacious living room with approx. 30 sqm, satellite TV, DSL internet flatrate, terrace with awning, garden furniture, guest toilet, storeroom, kitchen with electric cooker, exhaust bonnet, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator as well as the dining area in the bay window.
Upstairs: Large bedroom with double bed, a cot and baby monitor, small bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine (coin operated).
The house is furnished for 4 adults and 1 toddler.
A beach chair on the sandy beach is included in the rental price!

Pets allowed (except in the sanitary and sleeping areas). Bed linen can be ordered in advance from the property management for a fee of €15 per set or brought from home! A towel package for €15 per person can also be ordered.
As a precaution, we would like to point out that starting from the 2023 season, we must limit the living area temperature in our houses to 21 degrees in order to help address the energy crisis. In addition, this allows us to maintain a moderate rental price for our guests.

Great holiday home.

Absolutely perfect
We have been going to Norddeich for 14 years and I have to say that the Haus Ruth has everything to feel comfortable. Absolutely clean and lovingly furnished. Perfect. The neighbors are very friendly. It is the best and cleanest house we have stayed in so far over the years.

This house can only be recommended for people who want to feel at home even on vacation. You can reach everything on foot from here, even with small children, as a trolley is available.
