This attractive villa is located in the village Rakalj, the south-eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by spacious, well maintained property (943 m2) with private pool and olive trees.
Guests enter the fenced area through the automatic gate and leave the car within the holiday property.
Covered summer kitchen with barbecue and garden furniture are perfect place for the relaxed family gatherings. Plenty of outdoor activities are offered on multi-level terraces and areas are even connected by the small bridge. The scent of the Mediterranean garden and nearby forest will enrich the guests impression of the surrounding. This villa provides peaceful holiday in complete privacy and safety.
The interior space is carefully designed to charm with its elegance. Yet, the warmth and authenticity of the Istrian architecture is kept by the well-preserved details of the past, as wooden beams on the ceiling and stone walls.
Spacious interior space is divided on the ground floor, first and second floor. This villa features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the second floor are attic rooms with low ceiling.
Local people from the nearby villages offer variety of homemade products: olive oil, cheese, smoked ham, brandy wine, schnapps ...

Villa is located in village Rakalj, the south-eastern part of the Istrian peninsula. Within 3 km reach, there are beautiful remoted beaches.
Property is 27 km from the historical city of Pula, with its vigorous city life, crowded streets and vibrant atmosphere. The famous Roman Colosseum is the center of cultural summer festival: concerts, ballet, opera, film festival etc.
For the nature lovers there is National Park Brijuni: the arhipelag of the 16 islands; nature park - cape Kamenjak: protected landscape with incredible beaches, bays and hidden places ..
Children will certainly be challenged to visit Dinopark in Funtana, the first amusement and theme park in Croatia where the life-size dinosaurs are the main topic, or get acquainted with the sea word presented in Aquarium in Pula, Acqualand in Porec or Novigrad. .

Amazing holiday
Beautiful villa with modern furnishings. Air conditioning in every room and adequately equipped kitchen. Very large outside area with several terraces and an outside kitchen is perfect for relaxed holiday evening. Everything was very clean and nicely prepared. Very friendly host and contact agency. Great place for families with kids. We enjoyed a lot. :))

A perfect holiday. 10 out of 10 points !!!
The house was great!!we were two with our dog!very clean,quiet location just everything top!!the pool was also very clean and a nice cool down!the landlords were very very friendly!!come back next year for sure!!!!!!

Everything top !!!
We enjoyed our holiday in Villa Mikulina. The house is comfortable and very clean. It looks like in the photos. The covered terrace is ideal for dinner with the view to the pool. Thanks to the yard, the house is child-friendly.
The landlords are super friendly...it was wonderful there. Highly recommended. Thanks again for the great stay and best regards.
