It has 1 large living room, 1 bedroom, 1 BATH/DU/WC, 1 sep. kitchen, 1 small hallway, 1 large open balcony. The windows and doors are in ISO glass with mosquito doors. The flat is equipped with modern air conditioning for cooling, dehumidification, heating.

The apartment is located in TORRE DEL MAR in the south-west position on the back of the traffic-calmed Avenida Torè Torè about 100m
to the beach. The house has all amenities in the immediate vicinity, many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, cafeterias etc. To the center it is about 300m. The bus station is about the same distance.
The apartment is on the 8th floor (2 lifts), with a magnificent view to the mountains of Malaga and fantastic sunsets. In a panoramic view, we continue to look at the foothills of Sierra Nevada. The Maroma with an altitude of over 2000m is already impressive. ° view you have from the apartment. The pool and the babypool are right next to the house.

TORRE DEL MAR with its year-round pleasant climate is located in the center of the east coast of the COSTA DEL SOL between Malaga and Nerja. The airport is about 50 km away and easy to reach via the new expressway. TORRE DEL MAR is a modern holiday resort with chic boutiques, shops, bazaars and a modern sports marina. The golf course BAVIERA is also located here. As there are no bigger hotels, the tourism is adjusted to apartments and bungalows. The award-winning 4 km promenade with the large park-like tropical planting belt, the many fountains, walks among palm trees, children's playgrounds, bowls and other sports facilities was voted the most beautiful of the Mediterranean. The many parrots living in the palm trees underline the tropical flair. The approximately 9 km long fine to coarse sand beach is in the area of TORRE DEL MAR between 50-100m wide. In the beach now a walkway was set up, ideal for walkers, hikers and joggers.
In the village there are supermarkets, shopping centers, doctors (partly German speaking), a hospital, a very good private clink, pharmacies, drugstores, banks, craftsmen for small misfortunes (shoemakers, watchmakers, opticians etc.). Numerous restaurants, bars and cafeterias serve the most discerning palate in all price ranges. Every Thursday is market. Famous are the pottery, fashion, clothing and leather articles.
There are plenty of activities: surfing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, skijet, banana, etc. The Aguapark, ideal for young and old with lots of water. New is now the indoor pool in TORRE DEL MAR.
At the moment, there are 12 cinemas in the largest shopping center in the region, the INGENIO. Here you can shop all day, there is something for everyone.
A large bus station takes you quickly and comfortably to the metropolises of the country, such as Malaga, Nerja, Granada, Velez Malaga, Cordoba etc.

Unbeatable price/performance ratio

We were very early in Andalusia this year and had extreme luck with the weather in June and early July. The apartment with the complete package of garage, air conditioning, balcony, pools (even if not used by us) is almost unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio. The support from booking to departure was TOP. Anyone who does not necessarily expect absolutely new furniture is absolutely right here. Everything is available and functional, as well as a very good mattress. Therefore, highly recommended.

Small, great flat

We stayed in Torre del Mar for 10 days and had a great time in August. The flat is on the 8th floor. As it is the backmost in the corridor and the view is not on the main street, you don't hear any noise at night and it is quiet, although it is very centrally located. The flat is very clean and everything is really provided! We had a small problem with the door and in no time it was sorted out on the spot by Evelyn. Super service.
