The apartment is located in TORRE DEL MAR in the south-west position on the back of the traffic-calmed Avenida Torè Torè about 100m
to the beach. The house has all amenities in the immediate vicinity, many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, cafeterias etc. To the center it is about 300m. The bus station is about the same distance.
The apartment is on the 8th floor (2 lifts), with a magnificent view to the mountains of Malaga and fantastic sunsets. In a panoramic view, we continue to look at the foothills of Sierra Nevada. The Maroma with an altitude of over 2000m is already impressive. ° view you have from the apartment. The pool and the babypool are right next to the house.

TORRE DEL MAR with its year-round pleasant climate is located in the center of the east coast of the COSTA DEL SOL between Malaga and Nerja. The airport is about 50 km away and easy to reach via the new expressway. TORRE DEL MAR is a modern holiday resort with chic boutiques, shops, bazaars and a modern sports marina. The golf course BAVIERA is also located here. As there are no bigger hotels, the tourism is adjusted to apartments and bungalows. The award-winning 4 km promenade with the large park-like tropical planting belt, the many fountains, walks among palm trees, children's playgrounds, bowls and other sports facilities was voted the most beautiful of the Mediterranean. The many parrots living in the palm trees underline the tropical flair. The approximately 9 km long fine to coarse sand beach is in the area of ​​TORRE DEL MAR between 50-100m wide. Wir waren 10 Tage in Torre del Mar und verbrachten im August eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist im 8. Stock. Da es im Gang die Hinterste und die Sicht nicht auf der Hauptstrasse ist, hört man nachts keinen Lärm und ist ruhig, obschon sie sehr zentral gelegen ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles ist wirklich vorhanden! Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Türe und im Nu wurde dies vor Ort durch Evelyn geregelt. Super Service. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Besten Dank. D. Rohrbach aus Bern
