The apartment is located in TORRE DEL MAR in the traffic-calmed Avenida Torè Torè about 150 m to the beach. The apartment has morning sun, with beautiful views of the mountains, and with lateral sea view.
It is located on the 8th floor. (2 lifts). Behind the house you have your own tennis court, and a large pool + baby pool.

TORRE DEL MAR with its year-round pleasant climate, is located in the center of the east coast of the COSTA DEL SOL between Malaga and Nerja. The airport is about 50 km away and easy to reach via the new expressway. TORRE DEL MAR is a modern holiday resort with chic boutiques, shops, bazaars and a modern sports marina. Since there are no bigger hotels, the tourism is adjusted to apartments + bungalows. The award-winning 4 km promenade, with the large park-like tropical planting belt, the many fountains, walks with palm trees, playgrounds, bowls and other sports facilities, was voted the most beautiful of the Mediterranean. The approximately 9 km long fine to coarse sand beach is in the area of TORRE DEL MAR between 50-100 m wide. In the beach now a walkway was set up, ideal for walkers, hikers and joggers.

It was totally beautiful.
We immediately felt comfortable and safe there. The landlord was very friendly and the on-site help was an angel. We will definitely come back, best regards.
