House with a private pool of 75m2, nine modern and air-conditioned apartments and private free parking in the shade of pine forests is settled in the quiet part of Sumartin with beautiful sea, islands, Biokovo, Hvar and Peljesac. The facility is located right next to the beach, twenty meters from the sea and facing south. It is possible to accommodate up to 34 people in nine air-conditioned apartments. The apartments are divided on floors: four on the first floor and four on the other, while one is on the ground floor. Depending on the availability, we will offer you the apartments that are available at that moment.
In all apartments there is a new kitchen plate, a new workpiece and a new sink mixer, while the five apartments are completely redesigned; so apartments are modernized. There is a large common terrace in front of the pool with deckchairs, tables and chairs for enjoying the eye and in front of the pool.
Washing machine available upon request. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, post office and center are 500 meters away.

Perfect Place for a calm holiday with kids!
I loved this place so much! Sumartin is a calm and sleepy place, perfect for a holiday away from those places bustling with tourists. It's close to nature and will let you unwind for sure. My apartment in Villa Vera had a stunning view, was very well-designed, very comfortable and beautiful facilities. I loved how friendly and helpful mrs Vera was. Worth visiting !!!

Villa Vera nice stay
We spent 2 weeks in 4 family in Villa Vera. The apartments are good; swimming pool wonderful; very close to the beach; city center, shops, restaurants short walk from Villa. Very nice place for holiday with kids, quiet, very helpful owner.

Holiday house perfect for relaxation. Super clean pool. Mrs. Vera takes care of the cleanliness of the entire property. Clean rooms, everything you need. Close to everything. Charming Sumartin. The view from the balcony is priceless. I highly recommend.

Pool and the beach
Pool and the beach...what more do you need?! The Apartment was clean, nice, modern and has everything that you need. The sea is few meters away and if you don't want to go that far, you can always stay by the pool. Small village Sumartin is really peacefull and not crowded with people.
We sure do recomend it.
