Description
Our house is solidly built, usable all year round for 2 to 3 guests and modernly equipped. It offers space on approx. 50 m², a large terrace (south & west facing) with garden furniture, barbecue and beautiful view.
The house has an open plan living and dining area with fitted kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and storage room for luggage. The kitchen has microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc.. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and towel dryer. The living area is equipped with a couch with sleeping function, 40 inch SatTV, mini sound system.
The bedroom has a large double bed with comfortable hotel mattresses, wardrobe and shelves.
All rooms have windows with insect screens.
Your car is parked free of charge within sight of the holiday home on the approx. 3500 m² plot, and you can drive right up to the house for arrival and departure.

Location and surroundings of object
You will stay in the small fishing village of Polchow, directly on the Jasmund Bodden and not far from the Jasmund National Park with its UNESCO World Heritage beech forests and the world-famous chalk cliffs. The pulsating traffic towards the north and Glowe will not disturb you in the tranquil village - here peace and quiet are the order of the day
Your Ferinhaus is detached, surrounded by approx. 4000 sqm of farm garden and an unobstructed view of the Bodden, Hiddensee in the distance and the adjacent fields and resting places of the cranes.
In the 16th century, Polchow was one of the largest villages on Rügen and consisted of six farms and nine cottages. For a long time, the inhabitants lived only from fishing and farming, until around 1930, when the first tourists were welcomed as summer visitors by sailing ship from Stralsund.
Today Polchow is a small holiday resort, where holidaymakers can find plenty of peace and relaxation. The old harbour on the Great Jasmund Bodden invites you to take a small dip, go fishing or take a boat trip.
From here you can go on cycling and hiking tours in all directions, both near and far. The Schaabe with its fine, endless sandy beach is only 5 minutes away by car for bathing enthusiasts. The nearby Jasmund National Park invites you to visit its Königsstuhl and the steep coast. In the village, you can enjoy good regional cuisine in the restaurant "Zum Jasmunder Bodden" or eat freshly smoked fish with the Peters family.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

Polchow is a cul-de-sac village off the main thoroughfares and tourist streams. Nevertheless, our village is centrally located - it is only a few kilometres by car to the island's finest sandy beach, the chalk cliffs or the seaside resorts. From here, you can easily reach nearby excursion and recreation destinations by bike.
You can go shopping in nearby Sagard. Here you will find supermarkets such as edeka, Lidl, Aldi, post office, ATMs, doctors, hairdressers ..... In the season from May to October, many shops are also open on Sundays.
