Casa Nilton, situated in a quiet side road, is the ideal place to enjoy quiet holidays in a spacious and exclusively furnished holiday home (v).
A fantastic Atlantic view is guaranteed both from the terraces, from the garden, from the barbecue,
from the dining room as well as from 1 bedroom.
2 spacious bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms with shower, 1 living-dining room with open kitchen, 1 small room to relax, and the very large hallway, offer enough space for 4 persons.
The very large plot offers enough space and retreats, and has an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean. A wonderful barbecue place invites you to grilling, of course also with a view of the Atlantic.
In the blue bedroom you look directly from the bed to the Atlantic, in the red bedroom on the crater rim. There is space for all your belongings in the spacious built-in wardrobes.
One bathroom is located on the ground floor, the other is upstairs between the bedrooms. There is also the small room for relaxing or reading.
The fully equipped kitchen offers you everything you need to provide yourself.
The terrace, as well as the covered terrace of course, again impresses with the fantastic view of the Atlantic, and invites also to the sundowner!
In the house you will find everything you need for a successful holiday. A small supermarket and snack bar are within walking distance. In the surroundings you will find several restaurants.

If you are looking for peace and seclusion, then you are right in the quiet side street in Ajuda da Brethanha.
Ajuda da bretanha, about 30 minutes from the capital, Ponta Delgada, is an ideal starting point to explore the western part of the Cidades, Mosteiros, Ginetes, Sto. Antonio, everything is from there almost within walking distance explore. Restaurants and supermarkets are available in about 20min in Capelas.

Dream vacation in the dream house
Dear Mrs. Fuss,
once again, thank you very much! Casa Amarela is exactly what we were looking for: a beautiful, well-equipped house in a quiet location, waking up with a sea view in the morning and enjoying the breathtaking views in the house and garden, sitting comfortably by the fire in the fireplace in the evenings. We really enjoyed our time here and thoroughly explored the island. Thank you also for the quick and especially friendly communication. In one word: perfect! We would love to come back and recommend you to others.

That was simply great!
Hello Mrs. Fuss,
hard to believe, but our 14 days are actually almost over.
Packing things, one last dinner in Mosteiros, a bottle of wine. And then off to the airport at night.
We would like to thank you very much.
For the smooth process, for allowing us to use your wonderful house, for everything being so functional and beautiful, for the absolutely magnificent view that we enjoyed every day as long as possible.
We really liked the island, it brought us down, grounded us a bit.
The danger of us coming back, of recommending it to others, is very high.

Beautiful house with a great view
We stayed in casa Nilton for 2 weeks.
The house is beautiful situated , very quiet and with a great view over the ocean.. For the 3 of us the house was more than big enough. We were mostly on the porch. I never saw so many stars in the night ? The owner was very helpfull. We arrived really late and this was no ptoblem. The fridge was filled with food, beer and wine and she also left there a big bottle of water. Due to Corona we could no see /do everything we wanted. If we come back we will surely rent this house again.
