A charming finca in a quiet location, featuring a heated pool and large veranda, as well as billiards and table tennis tables. The nearest sandy beaches are about ten minutes away.Can Roig sits in the middle of a fragrant orange grove. With great attention to detail, the owners of the former country house have transformed it into a cosy holiday home with beautiful green areas and flowers. The well-kept and nicely furnished house and garden ensure that guests feel will comfortable here. The finca’s covered terraces are equipped with a large dining table, as well as billiards and table tennis tables. The cosy house offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. This well-quipped house provides guests with everything required for a successful holiday. On request, the pool can also be heated.This holiday home is located in Pollença, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The beaches of Puerto Pollença and Puerto Alcudia can be reached by car in about ten minutes. The town of Pollença is about four kilometres away. At Can Roig, you will be in the peace and quiet of the countryside, while having beaches and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Weekly markets are held in Alcudia, Puerto Pollença and Pollença.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Simply beautiful
We were allowed to spend 8 days in this charming finca.
The previous review we can only underwrite.
The contact in advance with Mrs Prager was very friendly and we always received a quick response.
On arrival we were immediately enchanted ... the house, the great garden, the heated pool and the "welcome package" that was waiting for us left nothing to be desired.
The location was also ideal for us!
By car: Palma approx. 40 minutes, Alcudia beach approx. 10 minutes, grocery shop approx. 7 minutes
The house was clean and everything very well maintained
So for us it was not the last time we spent our holidays here
All in all: Highly recommended!

We spent some lovely days in March/April 2021 at Finca Can Roig. Actually one word is enough!
Perfect!!!
Everything was to our absolute satisfaction. Starting with Mrs. Prager, always reachable by email, always willing to provide information and helpful. Quite a nice contact.
The finca was sensational. Spacious, clean, spacious area. Nicely furnished in a typical country style. There was also a very nice welcome pack. Priceless after a long journey.
The daily fresh chicken eggs and freshly picked citrus fruits from the property rounded off the overall picture. The pool was mega cool, the heating worked reliably. towels and bed linen were changed once a week. The bathrooms were also cleaned. If there was a problem, it was solved quickly and easily by Mrs. Prager. The flexible arrival and departure times were also great. We were lucky that there was no immediate rental before or after us.
We will definitely come back again!

Great finca
We were allowed to spend 12 days in this wonderful finca and enjoyed it to the fullest. The huge garden with pool, ping-pong table and billiards would be used daily. This meant that there was never a chance of boredom. We also appreciated the fact that we were allowed to feed the chickens and could enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast every day. We can only recommend the finca, we didn't want for anything and we will gladly come back.

We were in paradise
Hello Mrs Prager,
that was a very exceptional and beautiful finca. We were there with four adults and two children. Lemons, pomegranates, oranges and mandarins from the tree and eggs from the chicken coop. Vincent, as he introduced himself, showed us around the house on arrival. The pool was a great temperature (24°C) and the barbecue was perfect for the evening menu. Of course we also went on excursions to the beautiful Cala Pi on Formentor, Cala San Vincent and the beach at Can Picafort Platja den Muro... Except for 1.5 days, the weather was fine. In spite of everything it was nice and warm all the time.

The house is lovely with very nice covered outdoor areas. It was clean and the few problems we had with the air conditioning were fixed immediately. There was a great welcome with local products and a nice cake. We had problems with mosquitoes in the evening but bought something for them. The location is good in relation to Pollensa and Alcudia.
