Holiday flat - No. 11 in the house Norderoog, covers 60m² and has a terrace
From the terrace it is possible to reach the car parking spaces, etc

In the solid wood bedroom there is a double bed (200cm x 180cm lying surface)

In the storage room, which is located in the apartment,
is the hoover, an ironing board, iron, etc.

There is a corner sofa in the living room and bedroom

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped

The bathroom has a shower bath with WC and its own
and its own Bosch washing machine plus a Miele dryer.

In the small hallway you will find our telephone connection
The apartment has its own internet connection plus WLAN.

In addition, you have your own car parking space and a bicycle garage at your disposal
For the little ones we offer a small playground and lawn.

The Norderoog house, where our holiday flat is located, is situated in the extended spa district of Borkum.

Not far away, you will find a butcher and a Spar shop

You can reach the beach promenade quickly (approx. 250 m).

Or turn to the hinterland of Borkum, the 120 km of hiking trails are within easy reach. Explore Borkum on foot or by bike, which you can easily park at the bike racks by the house.

Advice by the landlord

rental deposit: 20 % at time of booking
final payment: 3 weeks before arrival

Tourist tax (adults), per night, from 2.30 to 3.50
Spa tax (children), per night, 0.80
The keys and the spa card are handed over by the caretaker in the apartment.
The spa tax is calculated for the guest by the landlord at the time of booking.
There are many exemptions from the health resort fee. Adults who would like to rent an apartment must send us an email with a declaration of intent to rent.
In the absence of a declaration of intent to rent [by email / letter], the apartment will be allocated to someone else.

The holiday home has, among other things, three heaters ( with glycol + heating cartridge / 220Volt ),
which provide our guests with heat 24 hours a day if required
These three new heating systems were installed in the bathroom in 2015
and in 2017 in the storeroom and in the bedroom.

The living room is heated with a 7000-watt night storage heater from Stiebeleltron.

The apartment is located in the restricted driving area
You are therefore only allowed to use your car at 30km/h from 7:00am to 9:00pm.

A Miele coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated tumble dryer are located in the laundry room in the rear basement.
