Our holiday flat 'Strandperle' with sea view in Stein offers a feel-good ambience on 75 sqm directly on the beach. The light-flooded flat over two levels is located on the 1st floor, has high-quality furnishings and is in a quiet location. The large window fronts and dormers, which allow a direct view of the Baltic Sea, make the flat unique. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, it is ideally suited for 1 to 5 people.
The open living and dining area is particularly spacious and offers numerous seating options, a cosy sofa and reading corner, an extra sofa bed, TV and a fireplace for cold days
Furthermore, the flat has two bright bedrooms, each equipped with a 1.60m double bed. One of the bedrooms is on the 1st floor, the second on the 2nd level, the heart of the flat (the 2nd level is connected to the 1st floor via an open wooden staircase). From here you have a unique view of the Baltic Sea. The two cosy sitting areas in the dormers invite you to read, relax, have breakfast or watch the sunrise and sunset directly over the sea. You can also watch passing ships from here
The kitchen is equipped with all the usual kitchen utensils and appliances: Cooker with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as a dishwasher are integrated in the fitted kitchen. In the cupboards you will find enough pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and crockery
The bright shower room has a simple, appealing design.
The flat is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach Stein. In summer, you can rent a beach chair here, there is a nice beach café with cocktails and music in the evenings, as well as a surf and kite school that offers courses and the possibility of stand-up paddling
There is no visitor's tax or beach tax.
A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Stein is a small village on the Baltic Sea, located in the picturesque Probstei. Here you can enjoy your holiday on beautiful beaches. In addition to a bakery in the village and several restaurants, cafés and bistros/kiosks, you will also find numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities in the neighbouring village of Laboe: among other things, the Laboe memorial and museum submarine, a ferry that sails along the fjord to Kiel and docks at various harbours, as well as a large selection of bars, cafés and restaurants. The surrounding area also offers many beautiful cycling and hiking trails, e.g. along the beaches (via Wendtorf, Heidkate, California, Brazil) to the Schönberg pier.
