Description
The 55 sqm flat, with its own entrance, is located on the upper floor of a detached house and is bright and friendly. It has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, wardrobe and seating, TV and also have the possibility to put another comfortable guest bed in one of the rooms. For the little guest we have a travel cot, bedding and a high chair.
The large bathroom has a shower and a large bathtub. Washing machine, clothes horse and hair dryer are also available
The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has a cooker and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is also a private garden area, with a picnic table,barbecue,2 garden loungers and a sandpit for the as well as further parking facilities are available. Bicycles can be stored in a stable building.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located at the end of a side street with little traffic, directly on a field.
Todendorf is conveniently located about 2 km from the motorway exit Bargteheide (A1), directly on the B404. The cities of Hamburg (approx. 35 min.) and Lübeck (approx. 25 min.) as well as the Baltic Sea resorts (approx. 30 min.) can be reached quickly by car.
The small towns of Ahrensburg, Bad Oldesloe, Trittau and Bargteheide are each about 13 km away. The adventure pool in Ahrensburg can be reached in about 15 minutes.
Todendorf has a bakery where you can buy prize-winning Franzbrötchen. There are shopping opportunities in the surrounding villages.
In Todendorf and the surrounding area there are beautiful paths and woods that man and dog can explore together.
In Lütjensee (5 min. by car) there are two beautiful lakes where you can swim in summer or go for a walk in the adjacent woods.

Great holiday flat, great hosts
There were two of us, we are around 50 and felt very comfortable with the Horn family. Mrs. Horn takes care, is incredibly nice and very very friendly. We felt very comfortable. From this holiday flat we could easily explore Hamburg, Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand, Lübeck and Fehmarn. The area with its lakes and moors also invites you to go hiking or cycling
The holiday flat itself is well equipped and also suitable for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). However, the kitchen is a bit small and has no dishwasher. Otherwise, however, EVERYTHING is really there, including bedding, towels, tea towel, even coffee!
All in all, a very relaxing and successful holiday - we would love to come back!

Worth recommending!!
We spent a lovely week of our holiday here in this chic flat. It is modern and tastefully furnished, offered enough space for four people and we felt very comfortable. We also had sunny and warm weather this week, so we could use the garden part for breakfast. Everything is well maintained and you are in the green and can also use it to relax. The landlady is very nice and open-minded and is happy to give tips for the surrounding area. A brief word about the location of the apartment. It is located in a beautiful small and well-kept residential area off the main road. You can reach the bakery in 5 minutes on foot and always get fresh rolls (Franzbrötchen :-)). It was 15 minutes by car to the underground, which then took us comfortably to Hamburg. Shopping facilities are also within easy reach. The landlady had already prepared addresses, which we also found quite informative. All in all, whether it was a relaxing holiday, sightseeing in Hamburg or Lübeck or of course in the surrounding area, or a visit to the Lübeck Bay for beach days, the accommodation was perfectly located for us for these trips. We can therefore also absolutely recommend it in the recession, will also recommend it and if the opportunity arises again, we will gladly remember the time and come back again. Super beautiful apartment in a total feel-good atmosphere
The apartment is very nice and modern. You can really find everything you need here, and even small things that you sometimes forget (like coffee, hairdryer, board games, and books) have been thought of.
The quiet location makes you forget the stress of everyday life, and you can spend very nice days here with your family.
The distance to various cities like Hamburg or Lübeck is also great. You can also take the distance to the sea here.
For families looking for a mix of sightseeing and relaxation, the apartment is perfect.
We would also like to thank you for the hospitality, which is not always experienced to the same extent everywhere.

The holiday flat can be fully recommended without any reservations. The equipment is perfect, because here you will find everything, from a straw for children, to coffee for parents, to shower gel. There are even more than enough board games and reading material. A list of all the food markets in the area has already been prepared. Wi-Fi is available with a good signal strength, which is even sufficient for working. The modern furnishings are very tastefully chosen. Hygienic and clean !!! Bed linen, towels and tea towels, everything is available. You can spend beautiful days here without any worries. Carport parking space at the house. A baker in the immediate vicinity provides fresh bread in the morning. The perfect location only 30 km from Lübeck and 30 km from Hamburg invites you to countless excursions. From Gartenholz train station (only 10 km away), the inexpensive HamburgCard is valid. The warm and really nice landlady rounds off this TOP accommodation. It could not be better !!! We will be very, very happy to come back!

Everything you need is there.
Very well-maintained and clean apartment. Equipment is great including Wi-Fi! However, a car is needed to be mobile. Pleasant, quiet environment. The staircase may be difficult for older people to climb.
