The equipment is modern + high quality and is sufficient for more than 20 people:
Side-by-side fridge/freezer, induction hob with 5 cooking zones and large pots, multifunction. Oven, dishwasher, microwave, double coffee machine, kettle, 4-fold toaster
On the ground floor you can enjoy your meal together in the spacious dining room or on the south-west terrace - without having to carry dishes around and move furniture, then sit comfortably with everyone in the living room in front of the large fireplace or watch films together in home cinema quality.
On the ground floor 'All tohoopen' there are 4 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds, 2 bathrooms + separate WC,
In the attic 'GIPFELSTÜRMER' + 'STERNENHIMMEL' - accessible via the outside staircase - there are 2 bedrooms + 1 daylight bathroom each, as well as separate living rooms with open kitchens and dining areas.
Almost all bedrooms in the house face the morning sun, the windows offer a wide view of the countryside and are equipped with Regel-Air, shutters and insect screens. There are no sofa beds in the living room. All 22 sleeping arrangements are very comfortable beds (19) or comfortable sofa beds (3), spread over 8 bedrooms.

13) Cancellation or termination of the booking can only be made in writing. Please understand this requirement. Depending on the remaining time until the start of the trip, whether the holiday accommodation can be rented out to others, and unless otherwise agreed with third parties (e.g., Booking.com), the following cancellation fees will apply: Up to the 29th day before arrival 20%, from the 28th to the 15th day before arrival 40%, from the 14th day up to the day of arrival or in case of no-show 80% of the total price. Regardless of the cancellation fees, a flat processing fee of €25.00 will be charged. 13 a) In the case of force majeure (e.g., travel bans during a pandemic), the stay can be postponed or the contract terminated without charge. The rental price will then be fully or partially refunded. In the event of termination, we request a one-time compensation fee of €29.00. 13 b) In the case of multiple violations of the included house rules, the landlord may terminate the rental contract unilaterally and the guest must immediately vacate the holiday accommodation. A great house
We, 14 men +60, were here for a week for cycling. What can I say, it is a great house. Everything is available in the kitchen, in the bathrooms and in the living area. Very well maintained and super clean. The contact with the landlord is without any problems. We will gladly come back.

Great house in a quiet location
We really liked the AUSZEIT house. Perfect for a large family gathering with children. Everything was thought of for the little ones - from travel cots to footstools for the sinks. The spacious living room on the ground floor offers enough space for communal meals and gatherings. The location is relatively quiet, but there is a spa with a swimming pool nearby. Recommended!

For over 5 years now, we have been guests at the Auszeit holiday house. We are a larger group. . . usually around 8-12 people, and the house is perfect for that. Everything is always perfectly prepared, and we have great peace to relax and have a good time together.
The house and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. The number of bathrooms and toilets makes it very pleasant so that even with larger groups, there are no "waiting times". The division in the house, especially the apartment downstairs, offers a good balance even for people who want to sleep already and are not bothered by the rest of the group in the living room. The same applies to the equipment with a super quiet dishwasher (can be easily run during that time), washing machine, large television, good sound system... and of course... the fireplace! :)

Our house construction began in April 2011, and we were already setting everything up in autumn In the planning and design, we were guided by our own demands and expectations of such a holiday domicile, we chose the furnishings with great attention to detail and yet from a practical point of view, we invested time and (not a little) money in equipping the house with brand-name products or custom-made furniture, in the hope that you as our guests will appreciate this and, together with us, ensure that the house retains its appeal for a long time.
