Description
The house was recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Travel cot, crib, high chair and a small bathtub are available! On the ground floor there is a bedroom (double bed with box spring bed) with separate bathroom/WC and an extra WC with shower. On the upper floor is the other bedroom with double bed (box spring bed). The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, pad coffee machine etc.. In the living area there is a large TV-HD cable TV with BlueRay player and Swedish stove . There is also a large, cosy dining area, which invites you to spend cosy evenings playing games. One car can be parked in front of the house and another one down the street (also marked parking space). The terrace is comfortably equipped with louge furniture, a wooden bench, loungers as well as children's furniture, playhouse, slide and sandpit. The garden has a fence. Unfortunately, the natural swing had to be dismantled.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home in the holiday village Frankenau is located 2 km from the town of Frankenau. A pond for the four-legged friends is also only 5 minutes away from the holiday home and also suitable for fishing. The town of Frankenau offers various shopping facilities, such as EDEKA with a drinks market, two bakeries, a pharmacy, doctors, a fitness centre, a pizzeria with a delivery service, restaurants and pubs, and a petrol station. The town of Frankenberg (15 min. drive) is certainly more convenient for many for larger purchases, even until 8 pm. There is a shopping centre, ALDI, LIDL, REWE and a nice and cosy pedestrian zone. The old town and castle are also worth a visit for sightseers!

The date of receipt of the withdrawal declaration by the landlord is decisive. b) If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must compensate for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the profit lost in the following amounts: Withdrawal up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 0% (flat-rate minimum of €25 administrative fee), Withdrawal up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50%. Afterwards and in case of no-show, 90%. c) The tenant is entitled to prove that the landlord suffered no damage or a significantly lower damage.

additional information:
The Kellerwald and the area around Lake Edersee offer numerous sporting opportunities, such as hiking, mountain biking or canoeing. But sightseeing is also really wonderful in this area. Whether Frankenberg, Marburg or even Kassel is worth a trip for shopping or visiting churches and castles.
Wellness in Bad Wildungen is very popular.

Very nice "little break"
The holiday home is located in a very beautiful, natural setting with a private terrace and a beautiful fenced garden. The contactless handover and communication with the very nice landlady went great. The house is lovingly furnished, very clean and has everything you need. The beds are very good, we slept wonderfully. There are diverse leisure activities and our dog also felt comfortable. We would love to come back!

Very nice holiday home and very nice contact
A very pleasant short holiday in a great house.
Only the mini shop and restaurant attached to the holiday village and the children's playground were unfortunately not yet in such good condition. But they are working on it and the people are trying to get everything in order. I think it will be almost perfect then.
But this has nothing to do with the house.
Therefore, full points anyway.

Very nice holiday cottage
We had a great holiday in this beautiful cottage!
Everything was very clean and lovingly decorated. We were there with our two dogs, they enjoyed the beautiful garden and we didn't have to worry about them exploring the beautiful area alone because of the completely fenced garden!
The contact with the landlady was very nice, no questions were left unanswered. The manager was just as friendly, as was the cleaner, whom we had the pleasure of meeting on the day of our departure.
Conclusion: House, garden, people, area ... everything is perfect!
