Cosily furnished holiday home with living room and adjoining dining area and fitted kitchen. Three bedrooms for 6 persons, plus a cot on the upper floor. Bathroom with shower and toilet in the basement, additional toilet in the upper floor. Washing machine, children's high chair. Neßmersiel is a popular holiday resort. There are no bed castles, which is why Neßmersiel has retained its original character. From here you can reach the islands of Norderney and Baltrum on foot with a mudflat guide, or the island of Baltrum, the "Sleeping Beauty among the 7 East Frisian islands", by ferry. In Neßmersiel there is a private bathing beach of approx. sqm. The new adventure sports, play & wellness centre "Sturmfrei" offers extensive entertainment in all weathers. Distance only 150 m from the holiday home. Well signposted cycle paths, along the dyke or through the countryside, invite you to exciting and interesting tours. (Bicycle rental about 300 m from the holiday home). Neßmersiel is a popular destination for mudflat hikers. Top Haus

We were with our 4 children from July 6th to July 20th, 24 in Neßmersiel in the house Heike. The house is in very good condition, it has everything a family needs from a crib to a kettle. For a family of 2 adults and 4 children (including 3 toddlers aged 0 to 2.5), the house is completely sufficient! The house is located in close proximity to a playground (2 minutes on foot), a small grocery store is also nearby (5 minutes on foot), the beach is about a 20-minute walk away, and a 5-minute drive. Additionally, the house is situated in a very quiet area and on a residential street, allowing older children to play outside the garden unsupervised. The house also has a small garden that our children loved to play in, a grill is available as well as a sun shade. Bicycles are also provided. The landlord of the house responds very quickly, is very helpful, and takes care immediately. To make a long story short... Everything is perfect so that we will book the Haus Heike again for our next vacation (provided it is available). I can highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Price/performance is right.

We were 5 people, and had enough space. Everything we needed was available. What we didn't like was the terrace. There was no protection, neither from the sun (the umbrella kept tipping over because it was too heavy for the plastic stand) nor from the rain. A covering or at least an awning would have been nice, so that sitting together in different weather conditions would have been possible. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the lawn had not been mowed for a long time (approximately 30 cm high). The fact that this was taken care of while we were already inside the house was not ideal. Additionally, constantly having to hold the handle of the outer gate quickly became annoying. Overall, everything was okay.

Stellungnahme zu Ihrer Bewertung:
Die Aussenanlage wurde vollständig erneuert. Bei den Materialanlieferungen für die Sichtschutzmauer und der Tereassenübrdachung stößt die ausführende Firma z.Zt. auf erhebliche Lieferverzögerungen. Die Ursache hierfür lässt sich bekanntlich nicht beeinflussen.
Der Rasen wurde neu eingesäht. Neuer Rasen wächst schneller als alter. Der Gärtner mäht den Rasen bei den über 100 Häusern in einer genau festgelegten Reihenfolge. Eine Ausnahme bei uns ist nicht möglich. Gemäht wurde der Rasen als Sie gerade in Ihr Auto stiegen. Eine Lärmbelastung trat für Sie nicht auf.
