Our newest house has just been awarded a very good 4 stars by the DTv
Divided into:
Living room with large TV, couch, hi-fi system, dining set,pellet stove
HWR with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, cleaning supplies pp.
Hallway with full length mirror, wardrobe, shoe cupboard.
Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, egg boiler, microwave, refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher and small seating area for coffee in between.
Bedroom with double bed and with separate dressing room, wall TV
Bedroom with two single beds, wall TV pp.
Bathroom with large wellness shower at ground level measuring 1.20m x 1.20m, two hand basins, hairdryer, body scales pp.
Each room can be darkened by a blind. Electric in the living room.
For the safety of unsupervised entry of small children into the garden, the patio doors are equipped with door alarms and can be locked.
The large solid swimming pool measures 7.00m x 3.45m, has a depth of 1.50m and can be closed by means of an electric pool cover. (child safety lock)
The entire property is surrounded by a 1.40m high fence
Bicycles are available by arrangement.
Internet via W-Lan available and included in the price.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the Emspark Auenwald. A holiday home area in the immediate vicinity of the Geeste reservoir with an approx. 1 km long sandy beach and good infrastructure. At a distance of approx. 50m you will find the small bathing lake with a small sandy beach.
Here you can find peace and relaxation from the stressful everyday life.

Dream house with beautiful pool and garden terrace
Good day,
last summer I was with my sister for 10 days in the great house with our dog. (it is completely fenced)
It is a very well-maintained house, nicely furnished, and very clean.
You can swim wonderfully in the pool, and the water temperature can be easily adjusted so that it invites you to swim even in not-so-warm summer weather. The garden terrace is also beautifully large and completely covered. We had a visit from our niece, her husband, and their two kids (2 and 6 years old) during the vacation. Our niece's family also felt comfortable in the house. There were plenty of toys for the kids in the house and by the pool. I can recommend the house with 5 stars. I will be back in the house for 10 days in the summer of 2026.

Great vacation
The holiday home has everything the heart desires.
Very clean, well and lovingly furnished, quiet and relaxing.
The outdoor area and the pool were top-notch.

Super great holiday home
The holiday home not only looks good from the inside and outside, but also offers pure relaxation. You notice that the owners go to great lengths to ensure that everything is perfect for visitors. The furnishings in the holiday home show a lot of attention to detail and everything is super clean and well maintained. The location is also totally beautiful and quiet

Feel-good holiday
The house has fully met and even exceeded our expectations. Very cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. From the fully equipped kitchen to the grill, everything is available on site. The pool is, of course, the highlight of the accommodation and for exclusive use. A big thank you to the landlords and we will gladly come back.
