We have made a lot of effort to arrange your holiday apartment comfortably and cuddly. When you enter the villa, you will feel right at home.
The entire parterre living area is very spacious and open plan and goes over to the dining area as well as a functional kitchen, large enough to cook for 6 people a menu. In the adjoining small winter garden, equipped with a cozy relax chair, it can also relax in winter. This is also ensured by the wood-burning stove.
An upstairs open gallery gives the villa a special ambience.
The three bedrooms are equipped with good mattresses and the beds are of course on arrival. All three bedrooms have a TV.
In the sauna you can enjoy your favorite aroma or relax in the jacuzzi.
In good weather, the garden and the large terrace (the "wind" side is protected by glass) all day in the sun.
A "Weber" grill is available for a sociable barbecue evening

Villa G olfand S ea is situated in one of the most exclusive holiday parks in the Netherlands. The golf course, which belongs to the park has A status and a play length of A special feature and additional challenge is the drivingranch "on water".
For those who do not have a place to play, there is a 9-hole family golf course. Everyone is allowed to play for heart.
A subtropical swimming pool with giant slide, whirlpool, electricity swings, children's pool and sunbath can be used for a fee.
On two bowling alleys you can push a "quiet ball". The kids have ample opportunity to sit out on a bouncy cushion or - depending on the weather - on an indoor or autoboard playground. Additional tennis courts and a mini golf course will not leave you bored.
The offer is rounded off by bicycle canoe and pedal boat rental.
Julianadorp aan Zee is a holiday resort that starts directly behind the imposing dunes. In spring, as far as the eye can see, colorful fields of flowers stretch. It is a pleasure to cycle through crocus, daffodils, tulips, hyacinths or tiger bicycle paths lead through dunes, polder landscapes, along nature reserves and through forests.
In Julianadorp there are two shopping centers (also Lidl and Aldi), where you will find everything for your daily needs, also on certain days catchy fish. If you do not want to cook yourself, there are several restaurants or the sea "beach shops", where you can eat with spicy sea air and possibly a picturesque sunset.
Just come to Julianadorp aan Zee and discover the beauties of the coastal region with the endless sandy beaches.

In the surrounding area there are other leisure activities as well as sights. To be recommended is in each case a trip to the holiday island Texel. There is a cycle path through the dunes to the ferry port, from there you can travel by ferry boat and explore the island by bicycle, bus or car.

Pure relaxation!
We spent a week in April in this beautiful holiday home. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. It is very clean and tastefully furnished. Even if the weather is not great, you can relax very well in the house. The walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes. However, you can also easily drive there with your car and find free parking directly in front of the dunes. The beaches and dune landscape are beautiful, especially the sunsets were a real highlight. If you are looking for relaxation and deceleration, this is the right place!
