Description
This large, beautifully situated holiday home on the lake has been extensively renovated and refurbished by us to a high standard. All windows and exterior doors were replaced in 2019 and are now hurricane safe. Likewise, the pool deck was refurbished in 2020 with high quality Italian stone and the cage was renewed with a super screen to the lake for an unobstructed view.
Located in the very well-maintained Briarwood complex, one of the best and safest holiday destinations in Naples. Only pre-registered guests and visitors are allowed access. So here you can have a very relaxed holiday or work comfortably in your home office. We have increased the WIFI/WLAN to the maximum possible speed of up to 600 Mbps for you. This means you can use the fastest internet connection in Briarwood!
Further hygiene measures due to the Covid19 situation:
The air conditioning (AC) system has been upgraded. A UV light system has been installed to keep the AC germ-free and a high-quality air purification system so that even allergy sufferers can breathe easy.
If you would like additional cleaning/disinfection and a change of linen during your stay, our Cleaning Company can be booked at a preferential price.
On 200 sqm of living space you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright cosy living and dining area as well as an open, bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In addition to a new high-quality cooker and microwave, a high-quality refrigerator with "Food Showcase Door" has been installed. You can also look forward to enjoying your coffee while on holiday. The kitchen has a Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother and a classic Cuisinart coffee machine.
In the living area there is a 65 inch TV and as a highlight (not only for the kids) a Playstation4.
Due to many of our own holiday experiences, we attach great importance to high-quality mattresses in the four bedrooms. You can already look forward to relaxing nights.
In the pool area you can either enjoy the Florida sun on one of the three comfortable loungers or relax in the shade on the comfortable corner couch. The south-facing pool is electrically heated.
Enjoy cosy barbecues with family and friends on the covered patio with fantastic views of the largest lake in Briarwood. The 5-burner gas grill from KitchenAid delights barbecue fans.
The double garage offers accommodation for the car as well as everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach (camping chairs, coolers, tennis rackets, children's toys, balls).
The great thing about the Briarwood Community is that you can continue to hone your serve on the two tennis courts about 400 m away. You can also play volleyball, basketball and football here. There is even a playground for smaller children.
The fine sandy beach and the romantic sunset at Naples Pier are only 10-15 minutes away, depending on the season. Supermarkets, the Coastland Center, Mercado and Waterside Shops, great restaurants and the shopping mile of 5th Avenue are also only 5 miles away.

Super location, very well maintained!
We were very pleased with the beautiful house. It is located in a quiet and very well-maintained complex, not far from Old Naples and the beach. We felt really comfortable. The house is spacious and has a great layout. It is super equipped. The things for the beach were also available.
Very friendly landlords. We will be happy to come back!

Sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter, ruhiger und sicherer Community
Wir haben über Weihnachten 2017 das Haus gemietet und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die positive Erfahrung began mit dem Erstkontakt der Eigentümerin, die sehr schnell und ganz unkompliziert auf unsere Anfrage reagierte. Der Mietvertrag und die gesamte Abwicklung lief schnell und reibungslos - und wir haben dann rechtzeitig vor unserem Abflug eine umfangreiche Information erhalten. Die Eigentümerin hat sich hierbei sehr viel Mühe gegeben und lieferte damit bereits vor Reisebeginn eine perfekte Vorbereitung für unseren Aufenthalt.
Wir kennen die Wohnanlage Briarwood in Naples bereits seit vielen Jahren und daher auch unterschiedliche Lagen der Häuser in der Anlage - dieses Haus hat sicherlich eine der schönsten Lagen, da es am größten See der Anlage liegt und auch von der Sonnenrichtung der Terrasse optimal ausgerichtet ist.
Die Eigentümerin hat das Haus jüngst vollständig renoviert und das Haus ist sehr hochwertig, schick und modern im Stil eines Strandhauses mit hellen und freundlichen Farben eingerichtet - die Elektrogeräte in der Küche und im Haus sind auf dem neuesten Stand und der Grill am Pool ist ein high end Gerät, dass zum Familiengrillen einlädt.
Das gesamte Haus ist top gepflegt und die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus höchst erfreulich.
Die Betreuung von Ort ist ebenfalls deutschsprachig sowie sehr kompetent und freundlich - auch hier gab es einen ganz schnellen Support, als wir die Temperatur des Pools nochmals anpassen wollten.
Wir mieten bereits seit vielen Jahren von Privat Ferienimmobilien und können dieses Haus daher auch im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern in der Anlage Briarwood / in Naples absolut empfehlen. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen.

Super nice holiday time in a really great house.
We were the first family to use the house for our summer vacation after the renovation. The pictures in the house description were already promising, and the contact with Silke in advance was great. The complete furnishings are new and very lovingly put together by her in each room. The mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable. This is what makes a relaxing vacation for us. The children had their own area and were well entertained by the pool and the PlayStation. And I was able to relax and read a book.
Occasionally, after a day at the beach, we would eat at the great restaurants near the pier and then enjoy the sunset. Thanks to the fantastic kitchen facilities (I wish I had a fridge like that at home), it was easy to take care of meals in the house. My husband also prepared some great dinners on the grill.
All in all, it was a wonderful holiday. Dear Silke, thank you very much for the great house and ambiance. We are already looking forward immensely to our next stay at Villa Seabird.
