The interior consists of modern solid wood furniture in vintage style, a plank floor and lovely decoration. The large wooden beams on the ceiling provide a rustic country house look. The 3 bedrooms offer enough space for 6-8 people and the crackling fireplace in the open living/dining and cooking area creates a cosy atmosphere. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is a large corner bath where you can comfortably take a shower. There is no separate shower cabin. The sun-drenched and bright holiday home is fully equipped and is regularly modernised. Our kitchen is perfectly equipped for you. Among other things, you will find a coffee machine, Senseo coffee pod machine, microwave, kettle, cooker, oven, egg boiler, dishwasher, refrigerator and an extensive assortment of dishes and glasses.
NEW :In the living room there is a 65 inch ( diagonal 165 cm ) TV with Smart-Tv and 4 K at your disposal.
Additional beds, as well as a children's travel cot, can be added free of charge if required.

The nearby Wurmberg with its adventure world, is also real fun for the whole family.
For a quick bite to eat, we recommend the local Grenz snack bar, which is within easy walking distance. The food is rich and delicious.

The visitor's tax is to be paid at the Hohegeiß municipal office. The certificate must be left at the house on the day of departure. There is a new box spring bed in this house. Due to larger standard dimensions, two linen packages must be booked bindingly.

Each house has a fenced terrace. Free parking is available directly at the house.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. Dogs are very welcome. Bowls are available. Shopping facilities are available on site (see the guest folder in the house for details of where)
The holiday house is located at the Kurpark. However, we would like to point out that in winter, despite snow clearance services, large amounts of snow may cause obstructions. If there is fresh snow, you may have to push your own car from the house to the car on the property (if we are not on site).

Short Hiking Holiday in the Harz Mountains
The quiet location right next to the spa park is perfect as a starting point for various circular hiking trails, all of which start right outside the front door or at the tourist information office.
The contactless handover thanks to the key safe worked without any problems.
In the village, there is a small shop within walking distance, where you can really get everything you need, and a bakery, so that there were fresh rolls for breakfast every morning.
Thanks to the technical equipment of the house (smart TV) and the spacious living area, you can also enjoy rainy days.

Our vacation with the four-legged friends
The, unfortunately too short, time in this beautiful holiday home was enjoyed very much by both the two-legged and four-legged guests. The direct location by the Kurpark invites you to take morning and evening walks. The small but fine garden was also perfect. We were positively surprised by the loving details throughout the house. And can recommend the house without restrictions! We will definitely come back gladly!

in 2000, 4 half-timbered houses were built in Hohegeiß. These are now in the second generation. We live in the Lüneburg Heath, but our heart belongs to the Harz. We have 2 dogs ourselves and therefore welcome every dog in our houses.
