The first two apartments A and B are only rented out together, so the price is always for both of these apartments together. Apt. A accommodates up to max. 5 people, Apt. B also accommodates up to max. 5 people. These two apartments are ONLY RENTED OUT TOGETHER.

The wellness holiday home BRANZEZ is located in the village of Branzez, directly in the so-called Bohemian Paradise in a quiet location in the countryside about 70 km northeast of Prague, not far from the Jizera and Giant Mountains. Branzez is a holiday resort with a bathing lake, rocks, forests and numerous well-marked hiking trails
The cottage is ideal as a starting point for various trips - Bohemian Paradise on site, to Prague - 40 min, to the Krkonoše - 1 h and to the Jizera Mountains - 30 min. In about 20 minutes by car you can reach a new ski centre suitable for families, a large ski centre of Jeschken with slopes of all degrees of difficulty is still about 10 minutes further away, skiing also nearby or also on site.
On site: Bathing lake with beach - 300 m, restaurants, hiking trails, fishing, horse riding, tennis, tennis hall, Branzez is a holiday resort with a lake, all around are forests, walking trails, rock towns and is situated between Prague and the mountains Jizera and Giant Mountains, where winter sports are also possible, such as skiing, skiing and tobogganing. The skiing area can be reached in 20-35 minutes by car. There is a bathing lake with a beach on site. The area is called Bohemian Paradise. | Here are prices per week plus energy, final cleaning and local tax. Prices from 690 EUR to 1440 EUR per week, New Year's Eve week EUR 2450 - already with flat C, Many dates cost between 690,- to 860,- EUR per week, this price is valid up to max. 3 persons, then a surcharge of 49,-EUr per week has to be paid. We would like to make the house affordable for small groups. In the higher season the prices are higher, but here the prices are valid for 8 adults and 2 children, e.g. winter holidays, Easter weeks, and autumn holidays 1150,-EUR, summer holidays and Christmas week 1440 EUR. The final cleaning costs 90,-EUR per stay with max. 6 persons, each additional person costs 8,-EUR additionally. Please ask us for the exact offer . If there are 2 more persons, you have to book the flat C, for 190,-EUR per week, then there is a complete flat, bathroom and toilet. We will send you the pictures after your request. This flat is on the ground floor, has its own entrance and cannot be booked separately! Flat C cannot be booked separately, only together with the main house BRANZEZ. This means that no one else lives there !! Energy costs, final cleaning and local tax are added to the price. We will immediately send you the price list with available dates. Upon request, we will immediately send you detailed information on how much energy you can expect to use in a particular season, as well as all other important details. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ !!!!!Visitor changeover day is usually Saturday, minimum stay is usually one week. You can also arrive and depart on other days, but usually only as a last minute, if of course the date is available You can also come for a shorter period in the low season, but it must not usually run over the Saturday. So, for example, it goes from Saturday to Wednesday, but usually not from Thursday to Sunday. This is only really possible as last minute.
About the prices: The price is for both connected flats A and B together, the maximum capacity is 10 persons, if you book flat C as well, the capacity is 12 persons. If not booked by the main guests, flat C remains empty and closed. The prices depend on the season and in LOWER SEASONS discounts are possible if a maximum of 2 PEOPLE and 1 CHILD arrive.

A beautiful house and great surroundings. We had a relaxing week and the contact with the landlord was very nice. We will be happy to come back.

A super holiday home huge clean and top equipped not only the area is a fun factor but the house itself with the pool and saunas we had a wonderful week even with many people is enough space to retreat times.
Our children didn't want to go skiing or skating at the lake. Top top top

Relaxing ski holiday in Branzez
We were here about 2 years ago, this time we decided to go on a skiing holiday.surprise right at the beginning:brand new bathrooms and toilets . The house is clean and cosy, beautifully situated in the countryside, lovely garden - our dachshund can tell stories. Skiing is not possible directly from the house, but shortly before our arrival a new, family-friendly ski centre called Javorniik was opened, about 30 minutes drive away, with chairlift, children's lift . The second family that was with us went a few minutes further, to a big ski resort, but for us Javornik was the one. In the evening we tried out the indoor pool, sauna and steam bath in our holiday home. Great !!. One day we were in Prague, the Czech capital is easy to reach via motorway. My parents are not skiers, they went hiking in the area for several hours every day. There is a simple pub on site, but with good home cooking and very good value. We also recommend the Klokotschka restaurant, the historical pub with jugglers, dancers and much more was an experience. Because of the beautiful surroundings, we recommend the house not only in winter.
