Description
The detached, beautiful thatched-roof house Albatros was built in 2012 in an idyllic location in a newly created holiday home development, the "Ostseepark Glowe". It is located in the state-recognised resort of Glowe on the island of Rügen, not far from the beach and marina. The high-quality furnished holiday home has a living area of approx. 150 m² and offers enough space for up to 10 people with 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms.
Child-friendliness is very important to us and therefore a children's travel cot, children's high chair, children's play table and chairs and a play box, a washing machine* and a dryer* are part of the inventory. The rest of the equipment is also impressive. A modern, open "event kitchen" with dishwasher, microwave, hot-air oven, induction hob, fully automatic coffee machine and everything else you need. On the completely tiled ground floor there is a modern and exclusively furnished living-dining area with two adjoining terraces facing south-west.
Further equipment on the ground floor includes a wood-burning stove, a large LED TV, a stereo radio with CD player and internet via WLAN*. A friendly reception area with storage room for drinks and all other utensils needed for a longer holiday is adjacent. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, a double washbasin, WC and direct access to the wellness area.
Upstairs there are 4 beautiful bedrooms (2 double beds/ 4 single beds) all bedrooms are equipped with LED TV with integrated DVD player. In the light-flooded feel-good bathroom you will find a glass shower, WC, bidet, corner bathtub and a spacious double washbasin.
The colourful bedroom in the attic is equipped with 2 single beds and a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
On the approx. 700 m² plot there is a carport and another additional parking space. Of course, 2 garden tables, 8 chairs, 2 benches, 2 sunshades, 2 sunbeds, 2 bicycle racks for 10 bicycles, a barbecue and 1 handcart are obligatory.
Adjacent to the carport is the attractive wellness area, with a hot tub*, where you can relax in the warm water without any worries, as a couple or with the whole family - bathing in the open air all year round. The hot tub is heated by a wood-burning underwater stove. Our outdoor sauna* has a large anteroom and you can choose between a bio-sauna and a Finnish sauna. So no wishes remain unfulfilled. Direct access via a separate outside door to the bathroom on the ground floor is possible.
Directly on the adjacent property there is a nice playground for small children. The bicycle rental is only a few minutes' walk away, and the 8 km long fine sandy beach is also within a 10-minute walk.
The holiday home is absolutely non-smoking.
