These coastal houses, newly built in 2017, are located near the coastal forest about 500 m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach of the amber resort of Koserow.
The solid houses, built on separate holiday home plots, have high-quality furnishings
Each house has a large living, dining area with fully equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an own sauna, a partly covered terrace with garden and deck chairs offer enough space for 8 persons and a small child. (The prices quoted refer to an occupancy of 8 persons.) In the off-season periods, discounts are possible for lower occupancy
Within walking distance are restaurants, indoor swimming pool, miniature golf, children's playground, shopping market and a department store.
Due to its location near the coastal forest and the island cycle path (approx. 300m away), the Küstenhaus is an ideal base for an active family holiday.
