Muted colors without, brown and white are calming. Carefully selected details are closely associated with the island's colors and artistic details emphasize the relaxing style of the apartment. The designer will also pamper the individual design and functionality of the interior. The kitchen is integrated into the living room with all the equipment and accessories. The four-burner ceramic plate, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and elegant kitchen utensils satisfy even the most demanding guests. Comfortable sofa, WiFI internet, satellite TV complement this level of bungalow. From the living room you can move to the raras, which is indispensable part of this unique place - comfortable furniture with a colorful garden and provide a superior message decorator - relax style. Super comfortable mattress, chest of drawers with large mirror, spacious wardrobe and carefully selected details provide comfort for sleep and relaxation. At this level there is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and all necessary accessories such as a tumble dryer, toiletries containers and soaps do not leave any unfulfilled wishes.

Location and surroundings of object
We offer two furnished terraced houses for up to 4 people in each.
The cottages are situated in a quiet residential area, in a former closed resort in the center of Costa Calma. Our holiday homes were newly renovated and equipped in 2017.
Costa Calma is a well-known tourist resort on the island of Fuerteventura - one of the main Canary Islands, 55 km from the airport and in the area of the Jandía National Park, where there are rugged hills, degraded plains, dunes, scrubs and beautiful beaches.
Costa Calma is now a popular tourist town with numerous bars, restaurants and well-developed accommodation. There are also secluded bays and beaches to relax away from the tourist bustle. A paradise for surfers.
The property is just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Sotavento. The supermarket is just a few meters from the resort, more shopping, shopping centers, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, car rentals, ATMs etc. are nearby.
