Holiday home 219
A dune house freshly renovated in spring/summer 2020 with space for 4 people in Bredene in the Zeewind II holiday park. This is located approx. 1.5 km from the beautiful, spacious beach.
The house has 2 bedrooms, living/dining area with kitchenette, 1 bathroom (completely new, with large shower 140 x 80 cm) and a separate toilet. 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, as well as kitchen utensils such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender etc.
In the living area there is a dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable sofa (with sleeping function) and a cosy armchair, and of course a TV set with satellite connection and a small music system (radio/CD/DAB connection).
In addition to night storage heating, there are electric radiators in all rooms
There is also a washing machine in the annex.
The garden is completely fenced. There is a table, sun chairs and a large parasol. The house is also equipped with an electric awning.

For leisure activities, a (swimming pool in the main season), tennis courts and a playground are available to our guests free of charge.
A cosy restaurant (Brasserie Duinenhoeve) is also located in the park.
Other cafés and restaurants are located in the village and can be reached in a few minutes on foot

The holiday home is not far from the sea. Ostend and De Haan are only 4 km away, and you can easily walk along the beach.
On the way there are also nice restaurants where you can stop for a bite to eat. There is also a walking path or a jogging path between the dunes.
Places of interest along the Belgian coast are easily accessible by tram, such as Ostend, Middelkerke, de Panne, Koksijde, De Haan, Wenduine, Blankenberge, Knokke. These places can also be reached by car or by train. You can also visit the beautiful old towns like Brugge, Ghent or Veurne. For cycling enthusiasts, there are also very beautiful cycle routes leading through the interior of the country. You can find more information in our house folder.

Sonniger Urlaub in schönem Haus
Wir hatten eine sonnige Woche in diesem Haus, es ist alles vorhanden für einen schönen Urlaub. Das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett hatte für mich etwas zu weiche Matratzen. Das Ablesen der beiden Stromzähler-Einheiten empfand ich als etwas schwierig, da man nicht so gut die Tag- und Nachtstromzähler unterscheiden kann. Das war bisher in allen anderen Häusern anders.
Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos.
Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wetter ließ es zu, dass wir auch die Terrasse nutzen konnten. Hier war die elt. Markise von großen Nutzen. Auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine sorgte dafür, dass wir kaum Schmutzwäsche wieder mit nach Hause brachten. Gern würden wir im nächsten Jahr wieder Gast im Haus.

schöner Urlaub
Ihr Haus verfügt über eine sehr schöne und vollständige Einrichtung bzw. Ausstattung. Es war alles super sauber und gemäß der Beschreibung. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub auch Dank Ihres Hauses. Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten hatte eine etwas harte Matratze an die man sich etwas gewöhnen musste. Die Ablesung der beiden Stromzähler-Einheiten gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da man nicht so gut die Tag- und Nachtstromzähler unterscheiden kann. Beides klickt in Reihe auf einer Digitalanzeige durch. Für die Haustür könnte man eine Beschreibung mit Bild gebrauchen, da dieses Schließsystem in Deutschland unüblich und nicht direkt verständlich war. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank!

schönes Ferienhaus
Erstmal vielen Dank für die nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld und nach der Reise an die Vermieterin. Alles lief reibungslos und überaus zuverlässig. Das Ferienhaus ist eine wahre Perle unweit des tollen Strandes von Bredene. Es war bei Ankunft tipptopp sauber, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Man merkt daß hier viel Wert auf das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Egal was man braucht, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit Backofen, Spülmaschine Kaffeemaschine,? usw. Die Einrichtung ist solide und maritim gestaltet. Das Badezimmer ist schön und mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet, was natürlich auch für Menschen mit Behinderung oder Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet ist. Ein echtes Highlight ist auch der komplett eingezäunte Garten, in dem sich Unser Labrador frei bewegen konnte. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser in Belgien und Holland bereist, aber dieses ist echt ein Schmuckstück. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder !

Hallo Frau Hirtz, unser Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus war super,wobei das Wetter auch dazu beigetragen hat. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet,alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Danke,dass wir ein paar Tage verlängern konnten,durch den guten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Auch die 4beiner fühlten sich sehr wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder sobald es sich einrichten lässt.

Hallo Frau Hirtz nach Corona endlich Urlaub!!! und ich habe ihn in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Wetter war bunt gemischt, alles was Nordsee so zu bieten hat, Sturm, Regen aber auch gaaanz viel Sonnenschein und ich habe mich wirklich sehr gut erholt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

wir waren sehr Überrascht, das Haus hat einfach alles was man braucht super eingerichtet ,den Garten fanden wir sehr gut vor allem unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl, im Park gibt es auch ein gutes Lokal kann man nur Empfehlen, wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Wir fanden es toll

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Hallo Frau Hirtz,
wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Ihrem Haus verbracht.
Das Haus bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch auf der Terrasse in dem eingezäuntem Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
