The apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator available) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. The apartment Staete 5 is nicely and comfortably furnished, and from the living room, you have a view of the center of Groet. The location is fantastic, only about 2000 m from the beautiful beach at Camperduin. Behind the building is already the nature area. There are beautiful cycling and walking paths through the forest and to the dunes leading to the beach. Layout: Bright and tastefully furnished living room with double doors. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with double shower (accessible through the bedroom), separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200), and a small children's room with a bunk bed. The bedroom has blackout curtains.
With the double doors open, you can enjoy the sun. A bicycle storage space is available (shared use). You can park behind the building (small car) or for free on the street.

Parking at the beach you can in the large parking lot for € 6, - per day. A fantastic mountain bike route is also within walking distance of the apartment. In July / August there is a free market with live music every week. Around the corner there is a bicycle rental (also e-bikes), bakery, supermarket and various good restaurants.

Beach, Forest, and Dune - delightful!
Nice house, clean and comfortably furnished. The surroundings are beautiful. We would love to come back.

Very nice and cosy flat
Very nice flat, as described in the advertisement! With the rented bicycles, you can get to the beach super fast and even faster to the nature reserve. We couldn't get out of taking photos :-) Highly recommended!
