We also have a high-quality equipped bathroom with ground-level shower.

2 bedrooms each with a double bed 180 x 200 cm (with topper), 1 bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm (with topper),
all bedrooms with blackout pleated blinds, high-quality equipped and spacious bathroom with shower at ground level.

Large open gallery incl. TV and DVD with sofa bed/sofa

If the tenant cancels the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation according to the following scale: - Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price - 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price - 29 to 10 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price - Cancellation within 9 days before the start of the rental period or no-show: 100% of the rental price Additionally, a cancellation fee of €50 is due regardless. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Electr. blinds available on the ground floor. We also have a sun terrace with garden furniture and beach chair, internet connection via W-LAN, fly screens & smoke detectors, you can park bicycles in the garden shed, a handcart is available.
We also have a baby travel cot 120 x 60 cm, and a baby chair.

Please note: This is a non-smoking cottage. Up to 2 dogs welcome.
