In the farm built in 1952, a high-quality holiday apartment was realized in the former spacious attic with a lot of heart and diligence and a lot of own work. The old wood of the original roof construction was planed, treated with food-safe natural oil and thus partially visibly integrated into the apartment. The entire floor is finished with high-quality solid wood planks in local larch, the many wood thus provides an excellent indoor climate.
The attic apartment consists of two double rooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet and balcony. In one of the double rooms there is also a large pull-out sofa on which 2 more people can sleep if necessary. In the other double room there is a decorative wooden crib for the little ones, which can be converted into a comfortable seat by removing a crib wall. In addition, there is an alcove bed for a further sleeping possibility. Each room is also equipped with its own TV and free Wi-Fi is available.
Furthermore, there is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with a large table and a comfortable corner bench
Basically we can offer our guests two options to choose from: With the standard option, you rent the entire holiday apartment with both spacious double rooms, anteroom and the separate kitchen. This is an optimal solution for families with children, where the parents want to enjoy their own bedroom with bath/WC and the children are accommodated right next door in an equivalent room and also with their own bath/WC.
Should the three adjoining beds also be occupied, the apartment in this variant offers space for up to 7 adult persons
In the second variant only one double room with private bathroom is occupied, the second double room remains free and will not be rented to other guests during your stay. So you stay among yourselves and never have to share the apartment or kitchen with other guests. This variant results in a lower rental price and is best suited for all those who only need one bedroom. All other services, such as the anteroom and the separate kitchen are the same as in the standard variant
Including two extra beds in the form of the pull-out sofa, this option also offers space for up to four adults.

beautiful vacation days at a higher altitude
The accommodation is very cozy and invitingly designed. The cleanliness of the accommodation is top-notch. The hosts are very attentive to the needs of their guests. With a lot of insider knowledge, great experiences were possible, and little time had to be invested in searching for information for excursions. We were provided with many great tips. The animals, especially the dog Charly, make children's hearts soar.

Wonderful time!
From this beautiful place, we could often walk through the lovely surroundings.
The apartment itself is large (also suitable for a family) with a nice kitchen. On the balcony, you can have a lovely breakfast in the morning and sit in the sun. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Valuable!

Summer vacation in Austria
We had a great family vacation in a very quiet, somewhat elevated, secluded location. We immediately felt very comfortable, as we were warmly welcomed by the Wimmer family and their dog Charly. Everything we needed was available. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The only drawback is that the balcony is quite small. Our daughter was even able to ride on the very sweet and calm pony for a small fee. The proximity to Salzburg was wonderful. To explore Salzburg, we recommend the Park & Ride parking lots in front of the city center; you can conveniently take buses directly to the center of Salzburg and save yourself the hassle of searching for parking. The Fuschlsee, highly recommended (bathing area Wesenauer), was reachable in about 30 minutes. We took many excursions and happily returned to our accommodation every day. Thank you again to the Wimmer family!

Simply perfect!
We have been a few days with our 3 children and the choice could not be better. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds... the Wimmer family is very nice and the welcome was perfect. We will come back again!
