Description
The Cindy fisherman's house offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday: A large sun terrace and a large garden for playing and relaxing, a well-equipped spacious kitchen, a cosy living room with a Swedish stove and beds with good mattresses for a pleasant night.
The living room is very cosy and stylishly furnished. The Swedish stove creates a very special homely atmosphere. For entertainment, there is satellite TV, a stereo system and various games and books. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. Crockery is readily available. You will not miss anything.
To the beach:
From the house you cross a beautiful pine forest and reach the wide sandy beach, which invites you to swim, build castles and fly kites! Another forest path leads you to De Haan. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the centre of De Haan.

Location and surroundings of object
De Haan is located directly on the North Sea between Oostende and Wenduine. It is a small, very well-kept town with inviting cafés, a few ice cream parlours, good restaurants and good bicycle rental facilities. Strolling through its main street, you come right to the sea.
Only 15 km inland is Brugge, a former harbour town and today called "the little Venice of the North". You visit the historic town on foot or let a guide take you on his boat through the many canals.
Oostende attracts with its large harbour and the magnificent fish market, where every fish eater is tempted to taste. Wenduine is a small, cosy nest, Blankenberge is the big shopping town and Knokke is very chic and elegant.

Great holiday home near the beach with a large fenced garden in a quiet location
We spent a week in the holiday house Cindy with our adult children and the family dog. The house is cozy and fully equipped. The kitchen (we have booked many holiday houses) was in excellent condition, where you enjoy cooking and using the facilities! Likewise, the house in general was very clean and well maintained. The contact with the landlords was super friendly and helpful - you even got tips for events and attractions. The proximity to the beach, which you reached after a short beautiful walk through a nature reserve forest, was great.
Only - but these are the rules in Belgium - it would be nice if there were more areas on the beach where dogs are allowed to stay during the day.
A truly beautiful destination in an area with many family-friendly destinations and places!

A great holiday in a great accommodation.
The personal contact with the landlady is unique. We have travelled a lot in the world but have never had such a loving and sympathetic contact as with this landlady. In the house itself, the little things that make you feel "at home" are taken care of. Even for our almost 2 year old daughter there were great (and not cheap but high quality) picture books and games. Our dog (Rottweiler) could run around in the fenced garden. The holiday complex has only 8 houses and is therefore quiet. The house itself is equipped with everything you need, you take over a household! The sea is not far away and you can visit many towns. The house is centrally located but still quiet. In the morning we did city tours and at lunchtime we went to the beach in de Haan. We will come again!!! Thank you for a great holiday!!!

Eine Super-Winterwoche
We spent a great week in the beautiful house. Everything was very well-kept, and we didn't lack anything. The contact with the landlord was great. Especially the tip with the bath mat was good, as it can be quite cold on the floor in winter. Storm and rain didn't bother us, we made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace. It was especially nice for our dog that you can reach the forest in less than 5 minutes and from there get to the beach.

Relaxing family holiday
On our first vacation in Belgium, everything worked out perfectly from the beginning. Even on the Belgian highway, everything was much more relaxed, and so we arrived almost rested at the holiday home - also thanks to the very good directions from the landlady. We opened the door and immediately felt at home. The holiday home is really top-notch. Fully equipped with everything you need. The rooms are all very cozy. The children immediately felt comfortable and each grabbed a room. The kitchen and living area, all to our taste. We are regular Ikea visitors and love this setup. The terrace is great, the lawn area is very large, everything is really great. A paradise for our dog Jolie. Everyone was excited and we have firmly decided to come back again.

Holiday with dog
We found a fully furnished, clean holiday home. Nothing was missing. As dog owners, it was important to us that the garden was fully fenced. We were not disappointed there either.
Last but not least, the contact with the landlady was very cordial

Beautiful house in a good location!
The house is comfortably furnished and has everything you need. The large fenced garden is a little paradise for dogs. The location is good, as you can be everywhere in a few minutes by car. Bruges is only about 30 minutes away. Bruges is highly recommended. De Haan is a lovely little town with a wonderful big beach.

Fischerhaus Cindy
We felt very comfortable in the beautiful holiday home. Our son (18 months) and our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden very much. The holiday home is very comfortably furnished. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, which we greatly appreciated. The beach is about 10 minutes away on foot. You walk through a beautiful pine forest to the beach. De Haan offers good shopping opportunities and is a very nice town. A trip to the beautiful city of Bruges is highly recommended. The contact with the landlords and the booking were totally uncomplicated. We will come back next year.
