Description
Our cozy house including garden and automatic sprinkler system is available to our guests all alone, so this privacy is an additional, undisturbed recreational effect. With a spacious sun terrace of 40m², barbecue area in the garden, garage, piano and guitar for use for musical, safe, recreation room with light therapy, sauna and much more, we have tried to think of almost EVERYTHING for you to equip and feel good.
All crockery and linen are included. 2 WC, bath room with tub, shower extra in the attic, for the use likewise some fitness devices.
People who want to be together in their free time will find enough space here.

Location and surroundings of object
The guesthouse is very easy to reach by car with the S 2 expressway and about 4km of federal highway. To get to the city there are 2 individual possibilities. By car approx. 6km to Park&Ride, here take the U1 directly to the city. Those who avoid the car can reach the subway in 5 minutes and reach the city in the same way. From the house you can reach the gourmet-celebrity restaurant "Marchfelderhof" in 5 minutes by foot. At the entrances and exits of the village there are several grocery stores, and in the center of the village you have the possibility to buy small things on Sundays and holidays in the pastry shop, or also to have breakfast.

Family vacation
The contact with Ms. Ibetsberger had been very pleasant even before our arrival. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed by her. Travel times and route plans for the suburban train and subway were already prepared. She also gave us good information and tips on attractions and excursions. The house is large and equipped with several bedrooms, toilets, as well as bathing and shower facilities, which is also important and very helpful for many people. We were 5 people... There were also many other rooms, so one had a retreat as well.
The kitchen was very well equipped, everything needed for cooking and also an abundance of dishes, cutlery, etc.
The terrace and garden area are also very nice.
The location is perfect, only a few minutes to the train station. Thus, there is access to the subway. One is in the center of Vienna in about 30 minutes. A car is not needed at all. Conclusion: Ms. Ibetsberger is a loving and attentive host. The holiday home is 100% recommendable, and if we ever find ourselves in Vienna again, we would always inquire with her first. Very well equipped beautiful holiday home
Great spacious holiday home with good amenities (sauna, garden, garage). What is very important in summer is that there is good sun protection. With that and nighttime ventilation, the house can be kept pleasantly cool. The location is a bit outside the core zone of Vienna, but it takes just 6 minutes to get to the train station with S-Bahn connection, and public transport is also convenient. Our car was only allowed out of the garage for shopping. Mrs. Ibetsberger received us very kindly and immediately provided us with excursion tips. Very spacious holiday home at a fair price.

Good location to experience Vienna.
