Description
The holiday home "Spatz" is a detached house for up to 6 people with garden and terrace.
The house is about 90m², has 3 bedrooms and was renovated in 2017.
It has 2 entrances (front door and terrace door) and a large driveway for up to 2 cars
Free wifi is available throughout the house. There is also a games console (Nintendo Wii) to pass the time in bad weather.
Children are free up to 6 years.
The garden invites you to linger and barbecue.

If travelling by sat nav, please do not use the route via Günther-Tiedjen-Ring but via Bollinghauser Weg.
The nearest bus stop is approx. 200m (2min) away, from where you can easily reach the centre of Leer.
Leer has a historic old town, a beautiful harbour, an excellent city centre for shopping or lingering
Leer also has the Evenburg castle to marvel at.

The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. House Sparrow
The house is super clean and the landlords are very nice. You can sit outside there really well, even when a shower comes down. We were lucky to have great weather and could grill nicely there. You can also make yourself cozy on the lawn in the rattan chairs and read. The city is worth seeing, both the old town and the modern pedestrian zone. A beautiful contrast.
We would love to come back again! We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful holiday home in quiet surroundings
It is a very nice holiday home in a very quiet environment. If you like it very relaxed without noise, you should take into account that trains pass by at the end of the garden. For train fans like our kids, you are in good hands here because it was always a joyful experience for the kids when the trains passed by. The Ibelings family gave us a very warm welcome and also thought of the kids, who immediately plundered all the jelly bears from the beds with a smile ?
The communication is really pleasant and if there were any problems, they were there immediately and tried to solve the problems right away. Everything you need is available and the equipment is great. You can keep yourself busy indoors and outdoors. We hope that in the future there will be something more for the little ones in the garden, like a swing or a sandbox. We still had a lot of fun here as there are plenty of places to swim in the vicinity and can only recommend the Herzogensee with its beautiful clear water. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes. If we plan a holiday in this corner again, which will certainly happen, we will always use this property again as we were very satisfied and will return to Berlin well rested.
We would like to thank the Ibelings family for this great holiday flat and are already looking forward to our next visit here.

To feel good
We went to East Friesland for a short holiday and were pleasantly surprised by this cosy holiday home. It lacked nothing, nice furnishings and quiet location. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and will gladly return to it for future holidays....

Dreamlike!
Five of us stayed in this holiday flat with our child and dog.
Everyone got their money's worth. The dog had a well fenced garden where he could sniff around. You have a wonderful private sphere! The covered patio is not visible and you can sit outside even when it rains. Various play facilities and playgrounds, within walking distance, also made the child (and therefore the parents) happy.
The equipment is particularly noteworthy. Whether waffle iron, twister to play with, blender, scales, darts and dartboard - Haus Spatz had one or two great surprises in store for everyone.
Communication with the landlords was fast, friendly and trouble-free.
Really an absolutely brilliant house!
Oh yes: I suffer from a strong house mite allergy. Because of the carpeting in the bedroom, I had suspected that my allergy would be more severe - but in fact I didn't notice anything(!). This clearly speaks for the (not always visible) cleanliness in this house!
