Villa Monica is a beautiful private villa with pool in Le Marche located at few minutes from San Costanzo and at only 9 Km to the Adriatic Coast. Born from the family agriturismo of the owners, this villa is set in a calm and intimate background and was furnished with taste and comfort. The location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the scenic landscapes of Le Marche countryside. Moreover, being close to the sea and the city of Fano it gives the opportunity to go for excursions, do shopping in famous brands'outlets and have a good time in one of the sea front bars and restaurants. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is characterised by a tidy garden and a lovely pool with panoramic view. The villa also offers wide outdoor living spaces to have unforgettable dinners.
The villa is set on two levels. The ground floor is composed of an ample living room with fireplace and pool table, dining room, gourmet kitchen, two toilets and laundry area. On the first floor, where you access through a wide staircase, there is a lovely hallway, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (possibility to add a single bed in one of the rooms), a bedroom with three single beds, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

SAN COSTANZO
San Costanzo is known as the “balcony of the Adriatic Sea” and the “town of a hundred lakes”. It is set at about 150 metres above sea level, between the valleys of Metauro and Cesano, on a hill that dominates the Adriatic Sea. Its territory includes two interesting hamlets: Cerasa, the ancient Ceregia, rich in historical sites and Stacciola, feud of the Mauruzi Counts.
TO VISIT
San Costanzo is a town rich in monuments and stately palaces. It is possible to admire the beautiful 'square fountain' (Fontana di piazza), so called 'show fountain' (fontana di mostra) made in 1904 following the construction of the first consortium aqueduct; the Torre Campanaria (bell tower), the church Chiesa Collegiata, the Malatesta walls, the theatre of 'Concordia', S. Augustine's church and Cassi Palace, historic residence and cenacle of literature, now Picture Gallery and Museum at the service of the territory.
EVENTS
The Polenta Festival is one of the most ancient celebrations in Le Marche and it takes place during the first Sunday of Lent and in the last weekened of July.
