Description

One of the highlights of the Villa ThunderBird Lake is the fantastic view of the lake, you have both from the pool area as well as from the living and dining room.

Very nice in this villa is the outside bar at the boat dock with Tiki hut, fridge and sink. From there you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Florida with a sundowner !

Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.

For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.

As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.

Place is in this villa for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a beautiful open plan living area with kitchen as well as a cozy dining room.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. In Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do not drop under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. It is always a light breeze from the Gulf of Mexico.
