Directly on the saltwater canal with access to the river in a quiet location, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six people.
The large living area is open with a dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
There are three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms.
From the covered terrace with the pool you also have a fantastic view of the canal. Occasionally, you can observe water turtles, fish, and manatees here. A dining table, four chairs and a bench, gas grill, as well as deck chairs are available.
The boat dock with a tiki hut is also ideal for sunbathing or for renting a motorboat or sailboat.
For the sporty, two Trek mountain bikes are also available.
