From the attic studio of our modern accommodation you have a great view of the East Frisian islands of Baltrum and Norderney.
Our Lüttje Fewo offers approx. 54 m² of space for 4 people and a small child. A parking space reserved for you and a locked room for bicycles are also available for your holiday in Neßmersiel.
The flat is non-smoking and suitable for allergy sufferers.

The coastal seaside resort of Neßmersiel impresses with its large sandy beach and its cosy village centre.
The Wadden Sea World Heritage Site with its guided mudflat walks is a unique experience for young and old. From the harbour in Neßmersiel you can take part in exciting excursions to the seal banks as well as fishing trips. You also have the option of taking a day trip to the island of Baltrum by ferry.
Enjoy the beauty of the North Sea coast by bike and get to know the hospitality of the East Frisians.
You can rent bikes at the paddle and pedal station or feel the sun on your skin during a canoe trip and breathe in the salty scent of the North Sea.
Sturmfrei, a nearby indoor play park, invites you to linger when the sun is shining or the weather is shady. Both children and adults get their money's worth here
Shopping facilities and a bakery are nearby. Various restaurants are located in the centre of Neßmersiel, about 3-5 minutes' walk away.

Wir haben schon wieder gebucht!!
Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer klasse ausgestatteten und vor allem sauberen Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig, aber zentral, der Strand ist unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Wir freuen uns schon auf den kommenden Sommer, da wir wiederkommen werden.

Super Urlaub
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Diese liegt zentral in Neßmersiel und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Tagestouren. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet und somit bestens geeignet für Familien.

Super Wohnung!
Nachdem wir von Frau Weichselbaum sehr nett empfangen wurden, verbrachten wir einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub in der sehr sauberen und sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen und würden sicher gerne mal wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schnucklige Ferienwohnung in Nessmersiel / Ostfriesland
Eine sehr schöne und schnucklige Ferienwohnung auf 2 Etagen, mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, sehr sauber und gepflegt, und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Vom 1. Moment an fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Balkon, geniessen von Anfang an, Erholung pur. Gerne möchten wir wiederkommen .
Sehr nette Wohnungsübergabe, auf diesem Weg herzlichen Dank, wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Oase der Ruhe
Die perfekte Lage der Ferienwohnung, unmittelbar am Strand, ermöglicht jederzeit eine Auszeit am Meer zu genießen. Zu dieser Jahreszeit hat man den Strand fast für sich alleine. Und wenn es dann doch mal zu sehr stürmt oder regnet bietet die liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft jedweden Komfort. Alle Gegenstände sind in tadellosem Zustand und die Räume sind sehr sauber und hell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und durch den herzlichen Empfang der Vermieter direkt "zu Hause" gefühlt. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder.

Erholung pur von Anfang an
Nachdem uns unsere Vermieter sehr herzlich begrüßt und empfangen haben, zeigten sie uns die Wohnung. Diese ist außerordentlich gut gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub notwendig ist.
Für weitere entspannende Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung werden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren und absolut erholsamen Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht, ist liebevoll dekoriert, sauber und absolut Top. Auf dem Balkon zu sitzenoder am Strand auf die Nordsee zu schauen waren unsere Highlights. Super Gastgeber, denen man anmerkt, dass sie gerne Gäste empfangen. Wir werden garantiert wieder kommen.
