The beautiful, beach-side penthouse is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. From the balcony you have a beautiful view. Just behind the building there are beautiful bike and walking paths through the forest and dunes to the beach.
Layout: hall with guest WC. Nice, bright living room with comfortable seating area and flatscreen TV and balcony, open and fully equipped kitchen, large dining table; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, another bathroom with sauna, shower and washbasin.

Enjoyed!
Beautiful spacious and clean apartment. Quiet area. Perfect location in relation to the beach and hiking trails.
Very nice that Brigitte called on the day of arrival, in the evening, to ask if everything was to our liking.
Eateries nearby are great. We recommend "Pur Sang", it costs a bit more, but it is really enjoyable ?
In short, an apartment that we will definitely recommend.

Fine house in a beautiful setting.
We greatly enjoyed the beautiful cycling and walking paths. After a day of fresh air, we could relax wonderfully in the beautiful and comfortably furnished house. Highly recommended!

Nice and large flat in a very nice location. Bike rental, supermarket and restaurants around the corner. The surroundings are really wonderful. Will be happy to come back.
