This beautiful penthouse flat near the beach is located on the 2nd floor (lift available) in a small apartment building in the centre of Groet. From the balcony you look out over the forest and dune area. Just behind the building there are beautiful cycling and walking paths through the forest and dunes to the beach. It is only 2000 metres!

Nice, bright living room with comfortable sitting area and flatscreen TV and balcony, open and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large dining table; large bedroom (blackout curtain) with double bed and 1 single bed and walk-in wardrobe, bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, another bathroom with sauna, shower and sink.
there is 1 parking space at the back of the building. There is storage space for bicycles.

Only 2000 m to the sea! Beautiful walks and bike paths lead you through the forest and dunes to the beach. Parking at the beach is available in the large car park for € 6, - per day. In July / August there is a free market with live music every week. Around the corner there is a bicycle rental (also e-bikes), bakery, supermarket, terraces and various good restaurants. Together with Bergen and Schoorl, Groet is one of the most beautiful areas in North Holland.
