Location and surroundings of object
The Feriendorf Adalbert Stifter is located 2 km from the Luftkurort Hauzenberg, in the district of Rassreuth. Hauzenberg-Rassreuth is located in the southern Bavarian Forest, not far from the Dreiländereck: Bavaria-Bohemia-Austria. Hauzenberg belongs to the district of Passau.
Passau is 20 km away. The Bavarian National Park is about 25 km away.
The village was built in a beautiful southern slope. Directly from the house there are many hiking possibilities, whether an easy walk, a hiking or day trip. For swimming in the Freudensee lake it is only about 600 m.
On the "Oberfrauenwald" near Hauzenberg with its view tower you have a wonderful panoramic view over the southern Bavarian Forest and up to Austria. For skiers, the Geyersberg lift, about 5 km, or the large ski resort Hochficht, about 30 km. There are 6 golf courses in the region. Countless excursions to sights, cities, hiking areas and good food can be found around Hauzenberg.

Very nice holiday apartment
A very nice clean vacation apartment, we felt very comfortable, and our dog also felt very happy. The pool and the sauna were used by everyone. The area is very nice and also very quiet....

Beautiful and relaxing vacation
The vacation apartment is very cozy and family-friendly, everything you need is there. The surroundings are great, and you can recover from everyday stress. The landlady is knowledgeable and very, very friendly. Overall, it's just a place to feel good.

A Wonderful Vacation in the Holiday Apartment Waldesruhe
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the holiday apartment! Everything was very clean, lovingly decorated, and well-equipped – you can immediately tell that there is a lot of heart put into it. The location was ideal, and the hosts were warm and helpful. We would love to come back!

Leider enttäuschend
I have to say that we arrived with two dogs, as this property is explicitly advertised as pet-friendly! However, upon arrival, the apartment does not correspond to the high standard as described in the listing and the thick apartment information folder. Everything we are allowed to do and especially what the dog is not allowed to do is described in detail there, which in my opinion should be based on common sense. I prefer to just lie quietly in the corner and breathe! The furnishings are really not top-notch anymore, so I don't understand all these exaggerated rules at all. . . . . Doors and frames were very scratched, just like the living room table, hallway shelf is almost falling off the wall, the cutlery is counted for a maximum of 5 people, as well as plates and cups, we didn't use pots and pans, and they are also very old. The tap in the bathroom was difficult for our 9-year-old son to use because it was so stiff. The walls in the hallway could use a fresh coat of paint. As for the facilities themselves, which our children were looking forward to . . . the outdoor pool was very cold and unheated. . . the indoor pool was heated to a maximum of 23 degrees.
Praise for the good location and the parking space in front of the door (although vehicles have to park very close to each other).

Die Kritik ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar und ich möchte im Detail nicht darauf eingehen.
Bisher haben sich Hundebesitzer und deren Tiere hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auslage und Einhaltung einer Hausordnung dient der Fairness gegenüber anderen Gästen.
Bei Mitnahme eines noch unerzogenen Welpen in den Urlaub, ist die Einhaltung der Hausordnung sicher eine Herausforderung.
Außen- und Innenpool sind beheizt, aber wie im Vorfeld angegeben, handelt es sich um Sportschwimmbecken. Des Weiteren verweise ich auf die Problematik der Energieverteuerung/-knappheit. Etliche Bäder können nicht mehr betrieben werden und wir stellen die Bäder trotz drastisch gestiegener Kosten noch zur Verfügung. Ist diese Form der Kritik zeitgemäß.
Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken (Hebelmischarmatur) ist funktionsfähig, auch für unsere kleinen Gäste.

Beautiful holiday flat with balcony
The holiday village had a beautiful swimming pool, with indoor pool and sauna. The grounds were very well maintained,
