Our spacious, bright villa is located in picturesque Moraira on the Costa Blanca – just about 980 meters from the sparkling sea and right next to the charming San Jaime urbanization. The lively center of Moraira is just a 5-minute drive away.
On an almost 1,000 m² plot, you will find a lovingly maintained home away from home that combines elegant marble floors, plenty of comfort, and pure relaxation.

Your private fitness room (65 m²): Equipped with high-quality sports equipment (LifeFitness, TechnoGym, Kettler such as a rowing machine) and a 65-inch TV for YouTube training instructions. A large foam area is perfect for workouts or as a safe play area for toddlers.
Fun & games: Challenge your loved ones to table football (Cougar Arena foosball table in the sports room), a round of table tennis, or outdoor darts with night lighting. A mobile Bluetooth speaker provides your favorite music everywhere.

Ground floor: Here you’ll find the inviting main living room with large TV (international channels in German, English, French, and the villa’s own Netflix account) as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Coffee lovers take note: You have three different coffee machines at your disposal (filter coffee, Nespresso, and Dolce Gusto)!
Upper floor (4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms):
1 bedroom with extra-large double bed and TV.
2 bedrooms each with a large double bed.
1 bedroom with two flexible single beds (can be put together).
2 well-maintained bathrooms (one with bathtub/WC, the second with shower/WC).
The bright basement apartment (approx. 35 m²):
With separate entrance and floor-to-ceiling glass doors for plenty of daylight (ceiling height approx. 1.96 m). It has its own bathroom with shower/WC, a cozy living room with TV and sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), as well as a separate bedroom with double bed (1.40 m). Perfect for friends or family members who appreciate a bit more privacy!
Note for your comfort: To maintain the fresh and well-kept atmosphere of the house, smoking is not permitted indoors. Ashtrays are of course available for you on the terraces.

Location and surroundings of object
Vacation in Moraira means, above all, relaxation and a family holiday. The surroundings of Moraira are hilly and covered with pine trees. The villa is located exactly 980 meters as the crow flies from the Mediterranean Sea, and about 500 meters from the coastal road Moraira - Calpe. The road by the house has hardly any car traffic, only deliveries use it. In the neighborhood there are only single-family houses; there are no hotels or apartment buildings in the wide area. A small pine forest directly next to the house guarantees a wonderful view of nature as well as partial sea view and a view of the Peñon de Ifach. The distance as the crow flies to the sea is about 980 meters, to the nearest sandy beach about 1500 m. Shopping options: to the supermarket Pepe la Sal about 800 m, to the nearest Aldi, Mercadona or Lidl, Carrefour in Moraira each 6 minutes by car. Within a radius of one kilometer there are numerous restaurants. A review and recommendations of local restaurants are available in the house. Moraira town is 3 minutes by car away.
