The villa is located in the outer part of Moraira, 650 m from the sea and is adjacent to the San Jaime development, 4 minutes drive from the center of Moraira. The property is about 1000 m2 in size. The house is furnished. On the ground floor is the living room (with a 55 inch flat screen TV with a wide selection of programs in German, English, French, Polish, and Italian. There is also an X-Box connection available. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a very large double bed. 2 bedrooms with a large double bed. 3 bedrooms with a double bed.
4 bedrooms with 2 separate beds, which can also be pushed together. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and toilet, and the second with a shower and toilet. The fifth bedroom with a bed (1.40) is located in the daylight-exposed part of the basement, the half-basement apartment is approx. 65 square meters. The kitchen has a refrigerator and is fully equipped, there is another large refrigerator in the outdoor dining area under the Naya. The covered terrace is approx. 20 square meters and offers a second outdoor dining area. In the rear part, you can ideally relax, read, or sunbathe. There is a dart game with night lighting, a table tennis, and a foosball table in the gym.
The terrace and the pool area are ideal for sunbathing. Excellent internet connection also outside the house (there are a total of 5 Wi-Fi routers). Outside the house, there is a sauna (about for 6-8 people) with an included shower.
Inside the house, there is a portable speaker available that can easily be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth to listen to your own music. This is a non-smoking house. For this reason, ashtrays are provided on the terraces.

Holiday in Moraira is primarily relaxation and family holidays. The surroundings of Moraira is hilly and surrounded by pine trees. The villa is located in exactly 980 meters of air line to the Mediterranean, and in about 500 meters to the coast road Moraira - Calpe. The street at the house has hardly any car traffic only by deliveries. In the neighborhood there are only single-family houses, there are no hotels or multi-family houses within a wide radius. A small pine forest right next to the house guarantee a wonderful view of the nature as well as partial sea view and peñon de Ifach view. The distance by air line to the sea is about 980 meters, to the nearest sand beach is about 1500 m. Shops to the supermarket Más y Más approx. 600 m, Pepe la Sal approx. 800 m, to the next Aldi or Lidl in Moraira 6 car minutes each. There are numerous restaurants within a radius of one kilometer. An evaluation and recommendations of the local restaurants are in the house. Moraira town is 3 car minutes away. The next baker (with delicious rolls) is 3 minutes on foot.

This property is a superbly maintained 4-star house with ambiance, spacious bright rooms, and an outdoor area to die for, featuring a pool, terrace, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining room, outdoor living room, outdoor sauna. Better not possible!
