Hello,
The house, which can be used all year round, was freshly renovated in 2017 and completely newly furnished. It has 48 square meters + 11 sqm sleeping loft.
Kitchen with ceramic hob, bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200),
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
The cozy sleeping loft is equipped with two single beds; there is easily enough space for an (available) mattress as well.
The living room is furnished with a functional corner sofa (extendable to 140x200cm), satellite TV, DVD and radio. The dining table offers space for six people.
The house is for four people, but with use of the sofa bed in the living room, up to five people can use the house by arrangement.
The wooden house is located on a large, fenced property, on which our residential house also stands.
There is enough space to romp, barbecue, relax, camp, or even have a small campfire.
The car can, of course, also be parked on the property. There is a seating set, a grill, deck chairs, and of course a sun umbrella ready for you.

Pure Relaxation??
From arrival to departure, simply pure relaxation.
Christian and Regina are top??
We felt very comfortable. The holiday home has everything you need and much more.
And the peace is perfect, we completely relaxed.
A good starting point for excursions.

Beautiful and relaxing holiday
It was a very relaxing holiday. It was a real break from everyday life. The weather was good. It is not far to the shops. Rostock and Warnemünde are not far away. The bird park is highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet holiday
Beautiful holiday cottage in a quiet rural location, ideally suited to switch off and relax
Very pleasant approachable landlords, everything was uncomplicated.
There were two of us and we felt very comfortable in the holiday home, everything we needed was there. The house was in a very clean condition
After our day trips, we always had the feeling of coming home in the evening.

Family holiday with 3 children
We spent 12 wonderful days in the holiday home of the Zilch family. The small, pretty wooden house seemed really spacious due to the original construction and furnishings. The five of us had a really cosy place there. The entire furnishing couldn't have been better, everything was there. The family was super friendly and sociable, so it was a pleasure to have a chat with them. The children were also well catered for with plenty of space in the garden, swing and trampoline. So in short, we would be happy to recommend and will certainly be back again soon. Thank you, Zilch family.

Holiday home in Samow
We stayed in your holiday home in July 2021.The house is very cosy.It is modernly furnished and we wanted for nothing.The holiday home is very clean and in a super quiet location.Excursion destinations can be reached quickly via the motorway.The hospitality of Christian and Regina was super great.We will be back Udo,Sandra and Anna.
